I ordered a champagne blonde body wave unit and I loved it when it arrived. Customer service was excellent and shipping/ tracking information was accurate. The knots came pre-bleached, lace plucked, and even curled. However the hair sheds more than the average. With 613 hair you expect a little more shedding however this unit sheds so much I have only had the unit installed for 7 days and I now have a bald patch on the lace. I am going to have to purchase a closure in order to save the wig. The rest of the unit is really great quality. Which is why I want to try to save it. I would still order from Wiggins again because I hear great things all the time. I will just stick to a black hair instead.

This is my first purchase and I’m more than satisfied ! The customer service , expedited shipping and hair quality was all above my expectation.
I didn’t have to do anything to the hair. It fits perfectly. I got my order in less than a week . They responded to all my inquiries and made sure I got what I wanted. Will order for more !

This company are very unprofessional. At first my package was sent to another house and then the hair was of the lowest quality ever. They accused me of lying on multiple occasions. I asked to speak to their higher ups and was completely ignored. The admin behind the WhatsApp number tried to be passive aggressive with me as if I was not a customer. I would say stay away from this company and if only they had a head office in London.

My daughter told me about the Wiggins wigs and I ordered the glueless wig and was amazed of how good it looked and the quality of hair....I just purchased my 2nd one for vacation!

I will always order from Wiggins Hair. From their amazing customer service to receiving their actual product was amazing! I needed my hair in time for my event and the representative pushed my order up to be shipped out first. My hair made it in enough time. They are very friendly and have a quick response time. The hair is amazing! You literally only have to cut the lace and add your tone to the lace. I would recommend any and everyone to Wiggins Hair!

I’m so In love with Wiggins! Customer service is above and beyond! Quality of the hair is beautiful the density is natural and just right! I have ordered 3 wigs I’ve ordered the kinky straight headband wig twice both have been perfect and I just ordered and received a lovely 24” straight wig with bangs! Hair is so soft the bangs are nice and long just how I like them to be! I have had only wonderful experiences in dealing with this vendor and plan on going nowhere! Love the quality of these pieces! The company is very friendly. They answer any questions/concerns you have and reply fast. I received a body wave wear and go wig and it’s definitely ready to go. The hair is soft, plucked very well (gives a natural look) & the curls are tight.

The shipping packaging and overall experience was great as a company goes. I ordered a small wig cap because I have an extremely small head, and all wigs that I order.....I have to end up taking them in, sewing them up to be tighter. this is the first wig company that actually sold me a small wig that was made on a smile wig cap. When I say THIS WIG ACTUALLY FITS MY HEAD SECURELY, NO GAPS OR LOOSE AREAS!!!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to actually get what I paid for. I have to always take my wigs app to be smaller to fit my head, this is extremely frustrating, but if I dont do this i will have alot of excess wig bunched up on the back of my head. I am so grateful to Wiggins hair company for providing this service for someone like me who needs a wig that is small head friendly!!!! The best hair I’ve ever received! The hair was beautifully hand-curled, super soft and ready to wear, straight out of the bag. Also, the customer service was top tier! Shipping took less than a week. I’ve never had a company follow up with me after I received the hair to make sure I had a pleasant experience. This is definitely going to be my go-to hair company!

I placed an order on 12/01/2023 for almost $500 and I had a situation where I had to have the order refunded and I was assured by Mary also emails stating they will resolve this and refund my money. The order says COMPLETED, now nobody is responding. I need all of my money back asap please and thanks. They didnt waste time taking it off so please do the same and REFUND.

I ordered a 20inch kinky straight v part wig. When choosing the quantity the wig was in stock. Delivery was supposed to be 2-5 days from the order date. I received an email stating my wig needed to be "customized" and it would be 2-5 for production and 2-5 for delivery. The company had been emailing me in a timely manner until I asked them to cancel my order. Then I did not hear back from them at all. I am still awaiting a response. They may try to delay response so they can say the wig was already mailed and at that point I would not expect to receive anything of quality. In the future I will only order from sites that have a brick and mortar building associated with them. This is the second time I have been scammed by an online wig company and this is the last time.

As soon as I ordered my hair, I received a personal/direct email from Wiggins confirming my address and also asked if I needed it at an earlier date. She shortened my delivery time which I was beyond grateful for. I placed my order on a Friday 12/22/23 and received it on Tuesday 12/26/23. Not to mention Christmas was that Monday. She was so kind and attentive. Beside that, the hair is BEAUTIFUL and it is giving SILK! I am so satisfied with my overall experience and you will definitely be seeking more of me. Thank you so much again.
