recommended my neighbour to join wightfibre which he did. his monthly bill is nearly ten pounds cheaper than mine for the same product. am not happy about that but lucky him

I was given support, understanding and lots of patience from the start of my request with help to connect my new laptop to the internet. It was not possible by remote, despite help from 2 technicians to connect to the internet. Within less than 24 hours, a splendid, competent and efficient technician was able to connect to the internet. I am very pleased with the service given by WightFibre staff.

My landline keeps failing, I can’t receive calls . I’ve got to ring you again today as it’s about the 6th time it’s happened . Problem is rectified same day and operators are always helpful .

As far as I’m aware my children only occasionally moan about the broadband signal lol.
My landline needed to be rebooted today and as always whoever I speak to is always helpful and polite and explains the whole process.

Signed up for a 12 month discount. Lasted one month and then it went up to more than I was paying with my last provider so I have gone back to them. 12 months should be honoured no matter when you join. I phoned to talk to someone but they were uninterested. Not very savvy Customer Retention!

Great service from the delightful young intelligent men who actually did the groundbreaking work ,Kireon actually swept the floor , after drilling holes for wires to be placed.
The public relations department do require attention was not impressed by the initial contact .
