I purchased a wig from the clearance, and I was aware that all sales were final, however they agreed to send a wig that was in excellent condition and they sent a smelly, combed out wig that was in fair condition. They did agree to accept the aitem back for a store credit but acted like they were doing me a favor because the was item was considered a final sale, however, they wanted to charge me $9.95 to ship it back when they were the ones who were dishonest about the condition of the wig and were misleading. They also have very bad customer service. The line was very staticky, and the agent was very condescending. This is a scam company, do not purchase clearance from them. You aren't even saving that much to be getting such used products.

Hi everyone, I just bought two wigs over $1000.00 from watch Erynn Real @real.wig.fun (influencer) from Canada
In the reel she refers to this colour as Macadamia R and when talking to Cathy Wigs by Patti's Pearls there can be a 20% chance that the colour will change, but not 100% as you see in the pictures I've sent.
Then they have another excuse that I took the picture with the lighting behind me! really? Ok still there is definitely a colour difference all my friends aren't blind . All I was asking is for #wigsbypattispearls to take accountability. I'm a Canadian so lalso have to pay $200.00 tariffs for each wig as they sent separately to me. Haven't even received my second one yet and ordered on January 24th. (I hope nobody especially someone going through cancer and hair loss has to also deal with this issue) I go to Princess Margaret hospital and thinking now should have just bought their wigs.
I have a big enough fight on my hands as it is.
Dealing with Cathy at customer service just not being understanding to my situation and what I'm going through wants me to send everything back. Contact tariffs etc..... I just don't think it should be up to the customer,
when you can clearly tell from the pictures , I was sent the wrong colour wig. I'm very disappointed, and frustrated

They are not friendly small business! If you step on their toes they are very rude and spiteful.

I'm writing this review to everyone who wants to purchase wig from Wig by Patti’s Pearls - be careful !!!

I started purchasing from this website couple weeks ago knowing every return wig it’s gonna cost me$25. And I was ok with that.

Before I place first order couple weeks ago I called customer service and I ask lots of question regards wig style also we talk about colors how hard is to choose right color seeing on the website. Also I question everything about return policy. Lady explain it to me that any item on clearance, final sale, discontinued items are not eligible for return. Also the same return policy is written down on their website.

When I purchase Glam synthetic wig by TressAllure it was nothing written down this item is final sale , clearance or discontinued item. It was only "close out" but on the website return policy it was nothing mentioned about “close out” items can’t be returned.

When i called lady on the phone she was very rude and disrespectful, she told me I can't return this wig because its final sale ( which I kindly ask her to show me where that is written down ). I told her I don't want the refund I just want store credit so I can exchange for same wig just in different color. She said if I return this wig they going to send it back or send as a donation.

After our conversation I went online and I fill return form.
Also I make photo screen from her website showing the Glam wig have no description that is Final sale item.

I kindly call them again to inform customer service at Wig by Patti’s Pearls that I'm going to return the wig.
Also I was very surprised they quickly changed description on there website adding “Final sale” on Glam synthetic wig. But like I mentioned before I make photo screen when I filled my return form.

Unfortunately They have no choice they give me a refund because I have the proof and right to return the wig.

After this accident I still place order for same Glam wig in different color but after 7 days they cancelled my order!!! Actually the company did me a favor because I don’t want to deal with untrustworthy and ignorant people.

It’s many good wig websites with very good reputation and clear return policy. You don’t have to pay $25 fees for every wig you return and you don’t have to deal with rude and ignorant people.
Definitely I’m going to delete my account from there website because I just want stay away from disrespectful people .

They listened to my request and handled me with extreme, excellent customer service. Never have I ever had a problem.

Superior customer service! Fast shipping, too, always a boon. On top of that, one is always accruing points for even more savings. (And it's kind of hard to argue with free shipping.)

I love Patti’s Pearls Wigs web site….great design and simple to use. The selection of brands is excellent. Ordering is a breeze and shipment is very fast. My last order was an open box Jon Renau Mariska. The wig was in perfect condition.

I’ve been ordering from Patti’s Pearls for over 2 years. I usually purchase a new wig once every three months. I always receive my wigs next day, (once my wig even came less than 24 hours from when I ordered it). I’ve exchanged a few times and the customer service was incredible, friendly and accommodating. I gave them 4 stars only because the website needs a little tweaking, I wish you can see a variety of colors on the models not just a swatch. YouTube your favorite color and you can usually find it on someone who is sharing.

I wanted to exchange the wig I’d purchased for a less dense one, it was too hair heavy. The company refused the exchange stating the wig showed wear and that I’d worn it. This was not true! I’d only tried on the wig and determined I needed a less dense wig, I’d not “worn the wig”. Very disappointed in a company that conducts business in this manner. Not only do I have a wig that I can't wear, I was charged a fee for returning the wig as well as paying the postage for the return, then the return was refused!

My first time ever wearing a wig, let alone purchasing one. I looked at a lot of reviews online and a lot of YouTube videos and came across information that led to your site and I found it very informative. Very helpful. How to do my measurements I had no idea. Got many tips on other measurements that I could use to find videos of people wearing a wig of the same wig that I want and then how it would look on me more or less and where it would hit it really honed in on what I wanted, and I am truly happy with all the purchases my wig and accessories have just been wonderful people tell me all the time how amazing I look now I’ve only told my inner circle, which is a handful of people about my journey with alopecia in my hair loss and my shaving and buzzing of my head. Everybody else has no clue I’m wearing a wig all I hear all the time is your hair looks amazing. I love your color. Purchasing my wig from your company is the best thing I did in 2024! My amazing Highlight in my life in 2024 that I am bring into 2025am so looking forward to my next purchase in 2025 with many more.

I have always had great customer service when needed and exchanges when a wig wasn't the right one. I only purchase wigs when I know there is a sale on my trusted favorites but occassionally I will branch out and try something new and it is nice to know if it doesnt work out I and exchange it for another one .
