Awful awful awful. So disappointing - the Pics and videos on the website are totally false advertising, what you get is nothing like what they promise.

I wouldn't even give 1 star, the wigs are horrendous, nothing like their advertised products. When you ask for a return label they tell you to take it to a barber. I am stunned. Please do not waste your time and money, I can't stress enough what a rip off company wigsoffical are.

Very bad wigs!!!!! They are costume wigs!! I ordered lace front and received a very cheap quality wigs they are not what you see in the picture!!!

very bad cheating company as the wigs is very bad quality does not match the photos they announce. my advice not to buy from this company as the refused to refund. it is fake seller.

This place is a huge RIP off the products are nothing like the photos the quality is that of cheap Halloween wings and they arrived messy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The site shows lace front wigs but when the wig arrives it is actually a cheap costume wig like the ones you purchase at Halloween. I attempted to reach out to customer service, but only received an email back stating that the factory would be contacted. After two months of attempts to reach someone, and multiple emails all saying the factory “in China” would be contacted, they simply refused to respond to me anymore. Save your money. This site is THE WORST!!!

The wig came with NO ATTACHMENTS. No drawstring or hair clips built in to secure the wig. The pictures and videos are NOT what your going to get. Very disappointed. Save your money! Customer service is poor. Wig comes with no lace, no way to really pluck the front, and the front about 2 inches in length it has this plastic WHITE part to make it look like your part its hilarious.

Do not buy from this scamming Chinese company. They falsely advertise with pictures, videos and descriptions but what you end up receiving is worse than halloween costume wigs. Wrong color, poorly made, awful stitching, shed "hair", NO lace front or hair net. They are Not wearable! STAY AWAY

Would not recommend using this site! They use pictures and videos that are not theirs. Post fake reviews. I ordered 2 human hair lace front wigs, what I received was 2 cheap synthetic awful looking wigs that weren’t lace front atall. Save your money and order an Amazon wig. Might be more expensive but at least they’re actually lace front and don’t false advertise.

I wish I could post pictures of the ridiculous Wigs I purchased from them. They were both supposed to be lace front and both were not, completely different colors, look like something you get out of a costume store for Halloween. Three people from the company have reached out to me apologizing but never offering a refund until I opened up a claim through PayPal. they are offering me 1/3 of what I paid and I will not accept it until I get a full refund for this BS!!

Attention RIP-OFF! Inferior and poorly processed goods! I am totally dissatisfied! And I am disappointed that the articles do not correspond to the description at all.
I only ordered because you can supposedly cut the hairline itself.
But that is not possible, because there is no hairnet at all, as in the description!!! There are only holes!
The hairline is rigid and immobile.The articles do not correspond to the description!!! They look totally unnatural. The transition is not processed correctly. It would not even be possible to weave.

Junk not worth a penny. Say refund no phone number. Email not valid. No way to contact them

I bought 2 wigs from this company and they were both shocking! They are not the same colour as advertised nor are they the same style!! Customer service is terrible and say it is hard to get a natural looking wig for the price they sell them at, shame they didn't say this when they took my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Not the wig I ordered. Had a thick black band where the hairline is meant to start instead of the netting advertised. Parting is set for you and so small so its not adaptable like shown. Not real hair. Really bad. No response from them.

Do not use this company. The wigs are not real hair or lace front. I ordered a long pink wig which was ginger with pink streaks. Really cheaply made and look it. Have complained and this is there response after 25 emails: Hi, Satisfaction with the product also depends on the individual.Most of the feedback we received from this product was positive. Total tip off company and you won’t see your money again. Also not based in the uk but in China

I waited 4 weeks for the wig to arrive (even thoI paid extra for faster shipping).
The company listed this product as a front lace, human hair wig.
I was extremely disappointed when I opened the package to see the hair is a cheap synthetic. It is not a front lace wig and fails to meet any of the products descriptions.
Ive seen Halloween wigs that are better quality than what I paid for.
This website is a scam.
