There was an error, but they fixed it quickly

I accepted a first deposit bonus, but the funds weren't automatically credited. I contacted support and they were quick to remedy the error and made the funds available the following day.

While it wasn't a seamless experience, it was good to see that customer support was prompt and resolved the problem. At least it demonstrates that they can be trusted to act when something goes wrong.

The interface is excellent and almost all my favourite games are available.

Disclaimer: I had the same error occur at two different casinos on the same weekend. I initially wrote a scathing review of this site because I confused it with the casino that refused to credit the bonus. I have deleted my previous review and written this new one to accurately reflect my experience.

I'm reading a lot of negative reviews here. The Casino does have a very strict KYC Policy but I was able to be totally verified within an hour. Had some issues with proof of deposit which was resolved.
When it comes to withdrawals - they are fast. The only thing to keep in mind is the wagering requirements. Read the T&C people!
24 hour Customer support in English and very fast to respond - and, it's a live agent, not AI.
Large game selection - not big brand names but still a solid selection of games.

Prepare to be had

I poured a bottle of this s#$t into a blocked drain. ( The aluminum tab was already half open) Did not foam up as per video. Did not unblock drain. It is a prime example of false advertising. Will never buy again. Would not recommend. I was had. I was ripped off. Sorry but that's the truth.

Bis ich mein Telefon zuhause vergessen hab und der App sich nicht abgemeldet hat und mein Sohn mit mein Handy gespielt und hat der spiel gesehen und mein ganzes Geld verspielt.
Hab dann der casino geschrieben und die möchten kein Geld zurück erstatten.

Hello Trustpilot, I wanted to open an account with Wildtornado, the company name. On July 10, 2025, I uploaded all my documents. This included both sides of my driver's license, my bill with my address and name, as well as my bank statement. Yet, my account wasn't verified but I asked them if my account isn't verified, can I still play? They told me yes you can play. So I thought that my account will be verified soon. Without a thought of worry, I made a deposit of $30 CAD and played and I won some money and was going to cash out. But, the employee under Wildtornado didn't let me to cash out, they told me my account verification was still under review so I have to wait and be patient that is from July 10, 2025 until now. They are still keep telling me to wait for my account to be verified. Today is July 14, 2025, they still have not verified my account yet I think this problem is not normal anymore because verified accounts does not take that long, and I did ask them to check my account if it has any problems? They check and told me they see no problem with my account and I just have to wait, but I think in this case they don't want to verify my account. They just keep lying and telling me to wait but I did wait since July 10, 2025, meaning it has been 4 days already they still did not verify my account. I think it is because I was about to cash out the money, that's why they don't want to pay me, and I did talk with my friends who are playing online too on Wildtornado. My friends all said that my case I am dealing with is not normal. The employees in Wildtornado, they are playing games with me, the verification process does not take that long ( It's been 4 days since waiting for my account to be verified, I've talked to them on email and livechat, and they keep telling me to wait everytime I have asked. ) I'm writing this to you hoping you guys understand and help my account to be verified with Wildtornado company please, thank you.

The worst experience of all the casinos I tried

I made deposit and uncheck to receive any bonuses, they still credit me with 50% bonus, i canceled it and start playing and win some money. Then I look into account and they change my money to bonus wagering money. Which I should wage at 40x of deposit. If you want to save you some money and health, please stay away from this.

Stay far away everybody

Stay far away everybody. I am the least careful person ever, I play at dozens of these sites with no issue. I’ve deposited 100’s into this site and even made a bunch of withdrawals. Sometimes they give you trouble and you have to try a few times but I’ve been able to make it work for the most part. Until now. I have a withdrawal they will not let me take out despite being fully verified and already having taken money out previously more than once. They are requesting a level of detail on 1 singular transaction I made that my bank does not even provide. They need in a single screen shot the transaction, my full name, the time of day etc. it’s literally impossible to manufacture that into a single screen shot with the online banking I use. They are not being helpful to provide me alternate solutions. All the bad reviews here are on the money. These guys are scammers.

Scammers

Scammers, first couple of withdrawals via crypto were fine, then they ask for KYC for crypto withdraw... whole point in playing crypto is to be anonymous. Only ask when you are winning obviously... will probably never see that money again now steer clear if you play crypto!!

After spending half a day downloading documents to verify my identification I was told they don't accept my internet utility bill nor do they accept my bank statement because my statement didn't have my debit card on the statement, (what statement does!). I provided photo ID with my drivers license. Unbelievable I've never ever been dicked around so much in my life!! I've been playing online slots gor a very long time. Played on there for the first time…

Played on there for the first time tonight after signing up. Wound up making several deposits totaling more than $500 only to have the games gobble it up. The games didnt even play. I would say they paid out about 5 cents on a dollar. When I contacted live chat they were nothing but short and rude with me. One of the worst online casino experiences I've had. So after I wrote my most recent review, I get an offer from wild tornado casino. I go ahead and deposit $100 play it and for the first time in like 15 deposits I finally win something. I attempted to cash out only to be given some BS excuse as to why I couldn't cash my money out. Mind you it had nothing to do with the bonus per se. It was because of the way I handled the situation last time. They didn't want to give me my money. In any event, the best advice I can give you is to stay as far away from this site as possible as even if you win, you will not get your money.
