At first, I was a bit sceptical – spending a lot of money on something you only know from pictures on a website (which is undoubtedly well designed, especially the configurator!) wasn't my preferred way of buying such things...

But after my first contact with Ricardas (initially by email, then later via WhatsApp) and the consistently quick and competent advice, I was convinced and ordered the HotTub.

Lead time was perfectly on time and as agreed, payment is in 2 stages (at order placement and before delivery, when you receive the first pictures of your new HotTub at the factory).
The hot tub delivered corresponds exactly to the description and gives a very high-quality impression.

I would definitely order again at WildTubs, they convinced me with responsiveness, quality and overall cost!

Je déconseille fortement d’acheter un sauna complet chez Wildtubs (Lituanie)

Je tiens à partager mon expérience très décevante avec la société Wildtubs, basée en Lituanie, suite à l’achat d’un sauna complet effectué en ligne.

Tout d’abord, je déconseille fortement d’acheter ce type de produit sur internet, surtout à l’étranger. En cas de problème (et il y en a eu beaucoup dans mon cas), vous n’avez pratiquement aucun recours, et le service après-vente est quasi inexistant.

Voici les faits :

Le délai de livraison annoncé était de 6 à 8 semaines, mais j’ai été livré après 4 mois, sans aucun message d’excuse ni information claire sur la date d’arrivée.

La communication avec Wildtubs est très difficile, surtout après le paiement de l’acompte. Mes nombreuses demandes d’informations techniques avant la livraison sont restées sans réponse.

Le poêle est arrivé défectueux ou a grillé dès l’installation, faute d’instructions claires. J’ai dû acheter un nouveau poêle à mes frais et l’installer moi-même.

À aucun moment je n’ai été correctement accompagné dans le choix du matériel ou l’installation, alors que ce sont des points cruciaux pour ce type de produit.

En résumé : service client inexistant, manque total de professionnalisme, délais non respectés, aucun support technique fiable. Une expérience que je regrette profondément.

Je vous recommande vivement de passer par un revendeur local, ou du moins par une entreprise disposant d’un service client réactif et responsable.

I was supported by a techician who gave me all the useful information.
The hot tube was delivered in perfect time.
The hot tube is exactly as i wanted.

We bought a barrel garden sauna from wildtubs and we simply love it! The Barrel is a beautiful piece of work and just like the photoes. We use it 1-2 times a weekend. The communication was good and a fair delivery time.
The Only improvementpoint is a very big electricbox under the big Window. It ruins the look a lot.
Also be aware that you will need a very big truck or a crane to lift it of the truck because its round and doesnt come on a euro pallet.

good communication, very nice contact, fair price, top quality, was skeptical at first... but you always get a very, very quick answer to everything... I have asked many sauna manufacturers, none like Wildtubs... again and again. Now I still need something, and I always get a lot of help with it... Thanks Jörg

Super produit, excellente qualité de fabrication (hot tub en fibre de verre avec poêle intégré). Livraison en France, installation par nos soins. Excellent suivi par Ricardas qui nous a envoyé sans délai un accessoire oublié dans la commande initiale. A recommander.

After almost a year of regular use of my sauna I am still delighted with it. Very good quality wood which has withstood a lot of rain and extreme heat over the past year.

Great communication and flexibility from Wildtubs. They are real manufacturer that can meet your needs, you just have to ask.
I personally wanted a canopy on the sauna, which wasn't on their online configurator, and they were able to build it on demand.
You can really feel the high quality in the built.
I totally recommend this manufacturer.

Top-quality sauna. Beautiful and modest design, high-quality oiled wood... Ricardas, the contact person from the company, was very responsive to inquiries and all additional questions. They also arranged delivery from Lithuania to Slovenia. Everything, from the agreement, payment, and delivery, went smoothly. I am happy that my surroundings are graced by a sauna from Wildtubs, and even a little proud to be the owner of their first sauna in Slovenia.

We could not be happier! The sauna itself is phenomenal, beautifully built out of quality material - looks exactly like the photos and it really is everything we hoped for.
Dealing with Ricardas was seamless - he was always quick to respond, very informative and inspired confidence in the product and the company immediately.

We had a very positive experience with Wild Tubs. At first we were cautious about ordering from a place advertised online but our feelings soon changed from the moment we enquired about purchasing to delivery. They constantly provide updates over what’s app, they send photos and videos of it all ready to go in Lithuania. We found it very useful that you can customise the Sauna to your own liking. I cannot recommend Wild Tubs enough.

Wir haben von der Firma Wild Tubs einen beheizbaren Badezuber ins Berner Oberland liefern lassen und sind hell begeistert. Erst waren wir etwas zögerlich, weil die Schweiz nicht in der EU ist, aber alles hatte wunderbar geklappt. Wild Tubs übernahm alle Umtriebe mit der Zollabfertigung. Wir können diese Firma herzlichst empfehlen, nicht nur wegen dem moderaten Preis, sondern weil es in der Schweiz kein vergleichbares Angebot gibt.

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Es ist genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und wie es besprochen wurde.
