Like everyone else I CANNOT withdraw my winnings. I have NO Bonus so it's not that causing an issue. Basically I cannot download the I.D they want or when I do send it, I get an email back stating its not adequate. There is NO ONE to contact, emails repeat the same format and it is weeks into months now.
Run hy JUMPMAN GAMING LIMITED who ALSO have AMIGO SLOTS, AMIGO GAMES (I think) and AMAZON SLOTS. Unfortunately I tried AMIGO and AMAZON dlong with Wild West Wins BEFORE I realised that they are ALL run by JUMPMAN and DO NOT PAY OUT . I ended up using my money on AMAZON SLOTS but still have a few hundred pounds in Wild West wins and AMIGO. FRUSTRATING I agree that they should be reported to the BBC WATCHDOG. The Gambling commission don't appear interested in this So AVOID these and ABSOLUTELY don't use PayPal on them. My PayPal was hacked and fraudulent transactions for electronic gift cards taken out 😡👎I joined in October 2022 and I'm still trying to get my money 💰 but to NO avail 😡👎

Really good site (not) had great win, but like everyone else they won’t pay out your winnings, sent over all relevant paperwork but they keep on saying they want more documents stay well clear, nobody to speak to, all by email, takes them 3 days to respond, the only winners are them,

Don’t use this site. My partner has £800 in his account to withdraw was quick to take his money but wouldn’t give it back when he won. Then blocked his email address

From what I've read from others about these discussing people they've encountered simular issues what I encourage the unfortunate people whom as pumped there hard earned money into the pockets ov these sleeze bags to also email xray at the

Trying so hard to withdraw but they put so so so many steps to with draw... and even the withdraw button is hidden in a menu, in a drop down in a menu.. anything to stop you withdrawing

Scammer robbery don't use this site! I have 200+ and I can't withdraw. I just logged in and no money so carefully don't deposit! I think Ned send for the gambling commission!
