Been a new customer for 4 months. Have been using the free drop daily for the last 6-8 weeks and always landing the ‘X’ without fail. Apparently it’s random - clearly isn’t. My partner has played every single day for over a year and not once. Management were supposed to be creating a case but nearly a month in there is no update. Every customer service (especially regime) I’ve spoken to is useless! Better off using Betway or paddy power for better returns.

Was in the shop on the 12 the August, horrible customer service from the lady counter customer service in nithsdale road Glasgow . Had a go at me with her rude and disrespectful attitude. Didn't even want to place my betting slip because when I handed her the slip, saying that she had the right to do so, because she dislikes.
