Nice company, polite staff and very reasonable prices. Initial shipment came out contaminated, but they promptly offered to replace. Then when that shipment was delayed, they more than made up for it with some additional items. I will be shopping with them again.

Quite a premium price to pay for something that didn’t work. I would expect instructions to be printed clearly on a separate sheet and not on a label roll.

Great a little bit long on shipping which could be because postman and other reasons other than that amazing

Service was a bit on the slow side - although this was likely due to issues with covid mentioned in their communication. One of the growth kits developed mold. I work very carefully and sterile so have a suspicion the bag may not have been properly pasteurised. No further complaints though my mushrooms grow nicely using their kids.

I never received my package so can't comment.

I got in touch after 2 weeks and asked for a refund. They responded fast and issued the refund straight away. If the product is as good as their customer service then a 5* company!

Have not received my package, emailed to ask where it was and had no response so far will update if/when I hear back

I had a hiccup on my order by customer support went above and beyond to sort things out! Communication and shipping was better than expected!

Amazing service. Ordered and was delivered swiftly and safely packaged. Product was exactly as specified. I had a small problem with one of the grain products, after contacting customer services received a reply quickly and the problem was solved.

Placed order, few days later received email explaining part of my not in stock and was on back order. Cancelled order via email and received refund. Great communication and will definitely try ordering again in the future.

The first time they sent over the all-in one grow packs I ordered they were damaged, possibly from the couriers. I messaged them and they immediately sent over a second set. However, just by feeling the packs it seemed like they weren't as well prepared as other similar packs I've purchased elsewhere, and seemed to be leaking quite a bit of air. Sure enough the two packs eventually got contaminated, while another pack I inoculated at the same time from another place was fine. In short, customer service is great but product quality possibly not so much.

Great product and great customer service, had a small issue that was quickly fixed by Chris, he was incredibly understanding and sorted my issue straight away.

Will definitely use them again!
