It was good, specially loved Wilson's story telling style of showing the mirror for career development. But it can be better with there should have been some give aways about the framework, rather than being placed as a selling session, more so when it was a paid session. That is where it should improve and I am sure participants will appreciate more. Also it will be better if the session could have comply to the time slots. Thanks anyways.

It is not often in the walks of life that you meet someone who will present you with 100% honesty and truth. For this reason, I feel privileged to have been coached by Wilson Luna in our Masterclass.

I had doubts about my plans to relocate to London from Australia. Wilson told me to choose 3 people who have moved to London who made it a success. I was then to write down 5 things that made this successful for them. This exercise enabled me to see the true possibility of the relocation, I have since updated my CV and actively looking for work.

Last week, I faced a failure and was unsure how to bounce back. Interestingly, during the Masterclass, it was brought up that failure does not exist; we simply learn from the lesson and try again. I now ask myself, do my daily activities, align with the person I want to become? This question, has allowed me to see the gaps in why I may not be there yet.

What has resonated with me most, was the encouragement to view ourselves from an outsider's perspective, as though we're an observer - a third party. These lessons from Wilson have truly challenged my mindset. At times, the penny drops, and other times, I experience resistance. Resistance is where the real work happens.

There’s this question I had for a long time, knowing there’s more to life but not knowing what it is, what to do about it. It was like a void pulling me from within. I kept asking myself is this it?

There are no true business leadership courses through Australian curriculum- nothing. I initially joined Wilson Luna’s coaching programme to gain confidence in my management skills, but what I found was something far deeper, conscious leadership that goes straight to the core.

I used to believe that only faith leaders could help me connect to my beliefs… but I soon realised how wrong I was. I prayed for success, but what did that even mean? Wilson teaches a profound lesson, only those who truly seek will find.

I learned to double down on my spiritual beliefs, not just in theory but in action. I had to become the best version of what my faith teaches to align it with my success. Having read many books and done lots of courses prior to Wilson’s Leadership Coaching, I haven’t found another method that as effectively unearths and brings me face-to-face with the core stories and limiting beliefs that have held me back from achieving what I want in life.

As a "solopreneur", we tend to wear a variety of hats - which range from the business activities, to meetings, to admin. We're not good at all of these tasks and our days tend to go down the dichotomy of 'good or bad'.

Thanks to this coaching, I have been able to remove myself from the "emotionality" (not the same as emotions) of the business. My tasks for the day are no longer "exciting" or "boring" or "a pain". They're just tasks - simples. This has helped me view my days as either productive (tasks achieved) or unproductive (tasks not achieved/undertaken), which has changed the way my business and life function by 180 degrees.
