Absolute CROOKS avoid

Absolutely disgraceful service ( and I use that word very loosely) they have stolen some of my items , damaged a load more and then forced us to pay an extra £500 to deliver our stuff on a date that wasn’t agreed previously otherwise our stuff would have been returned to the uk , they are an absolute embarrassment to the removal industry and show no respect or care whatsoever for your personal property and they are no uncontactable ever since I have requested their insurance details, not replying to my emails or messages. IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED FINANCIALLY, HAVE YOUR PROPERTY STOLEN AND DAMAGED then they are the company for you. I wouldn’t use them even if my life depended on it AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We have just bought a bed and mattress from Wilson’s. Lynn was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. We were undecided on size so took the detail and rang lynn a week later. It was sorted immediately without any issues. Being delivered to suit our wishes. Thanks lynn great service

Totally unreliable. Eventually got refund after 3 weeks.

I ordered €300 worth of clothes. Could only get delivered to uk so got sent to my mum. She could send them in to me in NL. No feedback. When I wrote I got a bizarre message back from customer service. So I called. Problem with order. Logistics. Order issue. They have to look into it. Will get back to me. Few days later wrote again. Same process for 2 weeks. Then they told me they cannot offer me a refund. Then they offered me 20% discount to order again!! I think customer service are AI chatbots not real people. Impossible for a person to be so wrong with a reply. Finally I got so posed off they have refunded me. But that lasted 3 weeks and now not got the clothes we needed for a party. Don’t order from them! Especially a bummer as I have the same name.

I will be sending the email content to trust pilot and reporting this review. I have all the messages and I do not get to decide if my client wants to put their property back for sale because you reduced your offer by £20,000 - 15% of the market value.

At risk of getting into further confrontation, I would say you was using Covid -19 to scaremonger my client by asking for a £20,000 reduction during this crisis with no basis but purely media speculation given your professional capacity as a Doctor is shocking.

It pains me I even have to give one star. Only just awarded my deposit back in full from DPS after year long battle where it has been ruled that Wilsons immorally made deductions.

Moved into a rental property to find out that they had withheld from telling us that they'd put it up for sale till we had moved in and were financially tied in meaning we had to hold weekend and weekday open house viewings for the best part of six months. They put the rent down before we moved in on their personal site, zoopla, and rightmove and as I had voiced interest before they had done this they told me it was an IT error and charged me the higher rate. I notified them that the carbon monoxide detector expired in 2017 (two years ago) and they did nothing about it which is illegal. Not that they care about stuff like this. Saw Carol open a previous persons post at the property and put it in the bin. Fought for two years for them to fix a leaking skylight meaning I had to put pots and pans down on the floor when it rained. In excess of twenty emails and I negotiated it as a condition of renewal in good faith they would fix it twice. Didnt do this, sanded down rotten wood and painted it for the new Tennant after me then charged me for their contractors paint finger prints on the window to add insult to injury. Told me that there three student girls that lived there before us must have had an arrangement between them in terms of sharing keys and that I would have to pay for the third set myself. This story miraculously changed when they found them after misplacing them. Charged me for leaving a green bench that came with the property and was in the inventory that they provided the photos of.

EDIT: In response to reply from Wilsons due to them removing this previously:

You acted for the landlord and poorly. It was Wilsons that went through the property to conduct the inspection and did so without running the check out report against the check IN report. This is why the DPS have ruled against you stating "The law does not allow the landlord or letting agent to claim ‘new for old’ from the tenant’s deposit. This would result in the landlord or letting agent receiving a better item or more money than the item was worth at the end of the tenancy. I have awarded the estate agents £0.00"

At no point were we happy about you witholding the information that the property was to go up for sale as soon as we moved in. We have been very vocal on this matter. Attending to repairs promptly is also laughable I have two years of evidence and will have no objection taking this through the court if suggested again. I have attached an email to jog your memory as you seem to have conveniently deleted the ones with my original review.

It was Carol who charged us the higher rate when the prices went down, opened the landlords post and binned it as it was from the previous estate agents she worked for and they were scoping for business so binned it and also lied about the key allocation and was incompetent the whole tenancy but glad to hear that constitutes to a valued team and goes a lot of the way to showcase that you are proud of conducting business this way.

The CCJ did not belong to myself so please check your records. The property I was in prior was deemed structurally unsafe and I raised a complaint about moving into a structurally unsafe property as understandably anyone would and provided proof of this to yourself and you understood this and have it on file so it is why you ignored the reference. Please cease with the wrongful defamation.

I am delighted to confirm the excellent response and service afforded me by Joseph Russell of the Coventry branch when I suddenly found myself having to set up home at short notice.

He found me a suitable property to let very quickly and processed the paperwork with equal efficiency.

Excellent customer service

Nothing is too much trouble. I am currently purchasing a property from Wilsons. Chenise came back to me straight away for a viewing and as a result I am purchasing the property.
She has kept me up to date with the process with time scale expectations and I would definitely recommend Wilsons

Wilson's have just helped sell our…

Wilson's have just helped sell our house in Coventry. The first buyers fell through due to a funds issue and the second buyers were slow and a pain with their demands. Wilson's did not panic they worked hard to solve all the nightmares. A special mention must go out to Gemma Gleeson, from Wilson's sales team, that worked tirelessly to make the sale happen.

Wilson’s negotiated a bit of a tricky…

Wilson’s negotiated a bit of a tricky one with a tenanted property. Maxine undertook negotiations with the tenant and ensured a smooth process was put in place .
When offers were received Gemma handles matters efficiently and professionally despite there being several hurdles to overcome along the way.
Overall I was seriously impressed with Wilson’s and this is the second time I’ve sold with them.

The team at Wilsons are great. They are friendly and provide excellent service. They were able to work within my very busy schedule to secure a apartment for me. I have no reservations in recommending Wilsons to anyone.

Best letting agent I've used

Best letting agent I've used, very friendly, helpful and professional. They ensure tenants are fully checked and deal with any queries or problems very efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use myself.

House buying with ease

I don't usually give reviews for Estate Agents, but this time it is worth doing so. Very very professional and quick service. Managed to complete my house buying in 30 days, and I only called Wilsons around 3 times. Cathy kept me up to date with regular updates. I only visited their office once to collect the house keys! Amazing service, extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!
