The food is very good
The food is very good, my dog is 14.9 and thriving on it, he has healthy stools and overall loves it. I heat the pouches up a bit in microwave to get all the juices out, especially the lamb one. Good customer service and fast delivery to the highlands.

Was disappointed with delivery
Was disappointed with delivery, was told it was on its way, then was told it was delayed ….so slight delay, when my dog was in desperate need as she’s very poorly did stress me out a bit.
But I will still order when she gets thru the 2 small bags,

Food is fine for my dog ATM but the size of her stools have actually been quite odd. They are 4-5 times bigger than what they use to be throughout the day.
Also very annoying the large amount of dust in the bag gets towards the end I am getting like 1kg in just dust alone.
Delivery is great just need to figure out what's going on with her stools and I'm not over feeding at all she maintenance very well on it

I took out a subscription in error. A bit tricky to cancel on line but Tasha in Customer services sorted it out for me quickly and conscientiously.
The dog food is great but my little dog is a bit fussy and so I just need to buy as and when.

Good quality food but slow service and less value for money
We are trialing Wilson's due to the Years product recall. My chihuahuas have very sensitive tummies and they really like some of the flavours (not the chicken or beef and fish). However customer service is really slow, it takes days to get an answer to an email and my subscription was charged on 14th but as of 16th it's still not been dispatched. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Years very fast and attentive service, speedy delivery and prompt communication. They also provide free high quality supplements with subscriptions where as Wilson's charge extra for this and their food is more expensive too. I do like Wilson's product and we're trying new flavours. I'm just not sure it is an ideal alternative to Years, yet.

I’m sorry to hear that our order processing and response times have been slower than you hoped for. We completely understand how frustrating this can be.
However, of the three emails we’ve received from you, our team has responded within 1–2 working days each time. One reply was sent the same day, one the following day, and one was sent on the next working day, early on Monday morning, following the weekend.
Our customer service is closed over the weekends, which is why you didn’t receive a reply to that email as quickly as you did on the other two occasions.
In terms of order processing, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days, as advised on each product page, our delivery terms on the website, and in your order confirmation. While we often dispatch orders sooner than this, the 2–4 working day timeframe is the timeframe we provide to allow for busier periods and ensure that customers have a clear expectation of when their order will be dispatched.
I hope this helps to explain why you didn’t hear from us as soon as you were hoping for, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

My dog is usually fussy and loves this food. I wanted something easy to store rather than keeping it in the freezer. My only criticism is that once the bag is open, it's not easy to store in the fridge in the bag, so I tip into a box once open. My next order is going to be expensive, so I may have to review costs compared to my first order, which was more affordable, but we will see,

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We would like to look into how we can make it easier for you to store our food.
It is not mentioned which of our foods you have purchased, but our Cold Pressed dry dog food can be kept in the original bag witht he top folded/rolled down, and stored in a cool, dry, breathable place, away from temperature fluctuations and moisture. Our treats can be kept in the same place as the Cold Pressed, just reseal the treats bag once you have finished. Our Fresh Steamed pouches can be kept in a cool, dry cupboard, and once opened, you can fold the top over and clip it down with a peg or bulldog clip, and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Love this food for my dogs
Love this food for my dogs - they love the kibble + fresh food - they are glowing with health and a shiny coat. Stools are firm and well formed and most importantly you have recently changed delivery carrier so a positive experience there too

Our dog is a fussy eater but loves all of the menus, even the wee salmon treats. I would recommend this food to any person for their dogs. The subscription service works a treat with food being left as instructed.

Wilsons new to the food after what happened with another company if you know you know. so far I'm very impressed my clumber loves it big chunks of meat and you can see what meat it is. glad I found it and the lady that I talked to yes you can really speak to a person. was amazing really helpful thank you T winks. I would so far recommend it we have all been scared by what happened with the other company so not 100% trust yet but time will tell .
