We’re sorry to see this review, particularly given the considerable efforts our team made to resolve this issue quite some time ago, including our Managing Director personally speaking with you.
We’re always willing to listen to concerns and work constructively towards a resolution. However, on this occasion, several members of our team were subjected to unacceptable and verbally abusive behaviour, including during your conversation with our Managing Director. While we remain committed to helping customers with genuine concerns, we do not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards any of our team.
We made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter constructively at the time, and we remain confident that our team handled the situation professionally and appropriately.

Just not for my dog.
The main reason I purchased was for the nutrition and needing to remove certain things from my pups diet but he is also fussy and decided he was not touching this at all. I tried everything but just not for him unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear that your lovely dog is not enjoying our food. It can take some dogs a little longer to get used to the more natural taste of our food, as we don't add any sugars, bulkers/fillers, or artificial flavourings.
You could try adding one or two pellets of our Cold Pressed food to their previous food, mixing in a small amount of water to blend the flavours, then gradually increase the amount of our food (while decreasing their previous food) as they get used to the taste. If they are resistant to start, you can soak the pellets so they mix in more effectively.

Too much powder
Too much powder, that is the reason we left you years ago but decided to try again. Pity but our oldest dog hated the powder and still is not happy with it. No other problems.

Fussy Dog
The dog would not eat the food so I wanted to cancel the subscription.
This is not easy to do on the website and there is heavy pressure to just pause the next order instead. Eventually I had to contact customer services who quickly responded and cancelled my subscription.

The company staff are always quick to come back with any problems l may have.
The only concern l have which will hopefully improve is there delivery service company.
