Wilson Storage - Bennetts Green Opiniones

Lara Wilson is an asset to your company. Very helpful informative friendly polite and professional. A very rare find in any business these days.

Easy access, good communication, good value for money

From the time we rented our first storage unit, expanded to 3 and reduced to 2 over the course of a few years, Lara at Bennetts Green was always understanding of our circumstances and had excellent customer service skills. With the increase in prices our responding exit from the facility also went smoothly. The facility is clean and well maintained.

From the moment I arrived at Wilson’s Storage in Bennetts Green, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and professionalism. The staff were warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my storage needs were fully met. In particular, Lara stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was not only friendly and approachable but also highly efficient and organised throughout the entire process.

Lara took the time to show me an available unit, which was immaculate and exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and follow-up communication were second to none, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

I highly recommend Wilson’s Storage at Bennetts Green to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and professionally managed storage facility. Thanks again to Lara and the team for making everything so easy!

The people are really helpful and go out of their way to get the right size unit for storage. The storage units are clean and tidy, easy to get to either via the stairs or a lift or they’re on the ground floor. The trolleys are easy to use also.

Everything is new and the process was easy
