I used Wilson at Cheltenham for nearly 10 years. The staff at Cheltenham were just wonderful to deal with at every opportunity. Every staff member was friendly and helpful but Denise deserves a special mention as being even better. The level of customer service was just off the charts. The only reason I didn't give Wilson 5 stars was the actual company itself. Price rises happened every single year and they were always well above inflation. If a payment is late by even a couple of days, there is a hefty late payment fee. As such, please see my review as a six star review of the staff at Cheltenham and a three star review of Wilson the parent company.

Excellent and professional service. Very detailed and flexible plan and reasonable rate.

Office was not helpful with initial rental. Layout numbers for outdoor space was confusing. Has been fixed since but during initial period staff were condescending.

Location of my unit was very close to the drove in area. This meant less time required to unpack!

But could have also provide complimentary use of van when moving out, if customer had a very good payment history as a small token of patronising Wilson Storage.

I need more stars for Wilson Storage 🌟. Brett, Denise and John have been fantastic. They kept me safe,sorted and secure since 2016. Brett copped me the most and always with a smile and pat for my dogs. Thanks Guys. You’ve been great and if needed… I’ll be back. 🙏🌟🙏🌟

The Wilson’s facility was secure, clean and easily accessed. The trolleys were in good order and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Customer service is amazing, these guys go over and beyond every single time. The facility is second to none always immaculately clean , safe and secure.
