Really Great Service
It’s unfortunate to say, but when you get really good service these days it stands out because it happens less and less often. So the service I received from both Michelle in the initial inquiry and Nick in the rental process did stand out because it was really good service! Both were a pleasure to deal with, the rental agreement was easy to do as it had been per prepared by Michelle and Nick was able to deal with it swiftly. Nick was more than happy to show me a number of units and let me choose the best for me. Thanks to both for making it a quick and easy transaction

Wilson Storage has been excellent
Wilson Storage has been excellent. Nick and staff have always been helpful, considerate, always responded immediately to any queries and a real pleasure to deal with. The facility is always clean, easily accessible and available 24/7 which came in handy many times. Would definitely use again if need arises. Would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t speak more highly of Nick
I couldn’t speak more highly of Nick, the manager of Moorabbin Wren Road. He has excellent communication skills, gave me a detailed tour of the possible units available and held 2 for us whilst we decided which size we wanted. The complimentary van for his place was booked out when we wanted it so he contacted another Wilson storage and organised one there. Brilliant customer service and the cheapest I could find in Melbourne. Would definitely recommend to others!

I found Wilsons Storage excellent.
I found Wilsons Storage excellent.
Access to the facility is 24/7, and that is so convenient.
Facility is extremely clean.
Units are clean and waterproof, and there are no sharp edges that can cause damage to items in storage.
Supply of trolleys is a great advantage.
Price is reasonable.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and the same staff are there for years!
I would use Wilsons again if need be.
I highly recommend Wilsons Storage.

The staff were always helpful and…
The staff were always helpful and friendly. Accessibility was easy however parking was a bit limited. Driving a vehicle within the storage compound can be a bit restrictive especially when someone else is on site. It was was useful having access to equipment to make moving easier.

We rented a storage area for 12 months…
We rented a storage area for 12 months and had access to our area 24/7 with no issues. the team always went out of their way to assist us with any needs and we would have no issues recommending this business to any one we know.
