Wilson Storage - Mt Waverley Opiniones 

We have had a storage unit there for nearly 2 years now. Great customer service at front desk, easy access to enter and exit the facility with the key card provided. Trolleys provided are a bonus without having to worry about bringing any of your own. We have been very happy with the service provided overall. Thank you.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the manager of the Mount Waverley Wilson storage facility, Toni Bowman. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been quite negative. I found her to be very rude and disrespectful, and her behavior has left a lasting impression on me.

Additionally, I want to highlight an issue with the storage units themselves. Toni provides free plastic baskets to customers because the roofs of the units have small holes, causing rainwater to leak inside. This is not an acceptable solution, as anyone can see the plastic baskets exposed at the top of the storage units. It seems that Toni has not taken appropriate measures to address this problem.

In my experience, her management style resembles that of a strict school principal, which is not conducive to a positive customer experience. I strongly advise against storing your valuable items at Wilson Storage under the management of Toni Bowman, as it may lead to frustration and disappointment. Your money and belongings deserve better care and respect.

The storage facility is well run - always clean, well lit and staff are super friendly and helpful. The sign up process is simple and straightforward and we had a unit for 3.5 years! No problems whatsoever in all that time.

Dry, secure storage. No moisture in archived documents. Good staff to deal with at Mount Waverley.
