Properly Managed and Clean Units
Terry was easy to talk too. The storage units were clean and the goods lift and availability of trolleys made moving stuff very easy and stress-free.

Clean, smart facility and easy to access. The guys couldn't have been more helpful when I arranged the storage unit and assisted me with everything I needed to know. The centrality of the site is a bonus and I feel secure about leaving my mother's much loved possessions here. Thank you!

Fantastic facility
Terry runs a fantastic facility. It's clean and well maintained. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend Wilsons South Melbourne to anybody.

I have had two storage units at the…
I have had two storage units at the facility and continue to use one. Terry and his staff could not have been more accommodating. Their customer service level has been exceptional with a "nothing is too difficult attitude". The facility is clean and well maintained, with good working equipment. I would definitely recommend to others.

Nice people and excellent facilities.
People that work at Wilson Storage South Melbourne were always nice and helpful. I used the facilities for many years and have no complaints about it. It is clean and secure.

It's a storage unit. It has one function and they do that well. The price goes up every year even though it's a sunk cost.
