My initial contact with WIlson's at Sandringham was easy and we stored for 18months. When it came time to exiting the storage unit, Michelle was very helpful with my queries. Great customer service

Nope

Nope. Just nope. Needed storage for renovations and their model for payments is ridiculous. My registered card was declined. Not a problem with the balance. Just their system. If you pay by bpay you have to change the code every time. I spent so much time sorting accounts I organised it be closed and move my stuff. It was easier.

Wilson Storage South Melbourne is brilliant - facility is clean, bright and tidy; Terry and team are outstanding, they go above and beyond. I've been a customer for years and certainly will be again, for customer service, storage (and packing supplies), and handy moving and storage tips and tricks Wilson Storage South Melbourne is exceptional.

High quality service with convenience

Appreciative for Wilson Storage having allowed a dual storage space for a full house of family furniture. Being local, we had access anytime. Access was always facilitated with on-hand large and convenient trolleys.

Furniture remained clean and dust-free for the three years of storage.

We greatly appreciate the ease of contact, and smoothness in dealings with invoices, and storage accessibility, seven days a week, evening hours. Security measures were also given high priority.

Thank you Wilson for your quality service : )
