THIS HAD A SERIOUS IMPACT ON THE TRUSTPILOT RATING. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THESE ARE REVIEWS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST WEBSITE VISITORS. THIS SITUATION RAISES CONCERNS FOR BOTH OUR TEAM AND OUR USERS.                                                                              📌 For example, a recent 5-star review from a customer, Marian Alexandru Stinga, was taken down by Trustpilot. In his review, our customer stated: “I ordered the VPS 2 Bronze - Windows Service. It was activated in a maximum of 15 minutes with all the details provided. After some tests, I needed the support team, and I used live chat. I can say that I needed it three times, and each time they were prompt and provided solutions to my needs.”                                                                              Stripe transaction ID (txn_3QXovtFzgPmmPA7V1rt0iqKw) is confirming the authenticity of the review and reflects a genuine customer experience.                                                                              A real customer review was removed with the wording “This review is no longer available. There can be several reasons for this, read more here.”                                                                              📌 Other 5-star positive reviews were removed in a similar manner.                                                                              📌 In contrast, one-star reviews — potentially submitted without proper verification — remain visible, even when the reviewers do not respond to Trustpilot requests to provide further information. According to Google search , other businesses have reported similar incidents, highlighting a growing problem. Unfortunately, this is a direct consequence of Trustpilot's current policies, which allow anyone to post negative reviews without thorough fact-checking or proper verification. This creates an environment where dishonest actors can exploit the system, leaving businesses vulnerable to blackmail.                                                                              📌 We are sharing these facts in the hope that our current and future customers gain a clear understanding of the situation and can form their own judgments accordingly.
