I'm pleased with the work Window Geeks carried out replacing two window glasses and repairing a window hinge. Anthony came to assess and gave me a quote immediately. I arranged a date to suit me. Anthony arrived with Adam and they both did the work within the 2hr estimated time. Both were very friendly and professional. There was an issue which was quickly resolved by the admin team who were also friendly and professional. I have a couple more windows that need replacing so will definitely use Window Geeks again.

Just used window geeks for the second time and again excellent service, I recommended in March 2024 when they replaced a panel in my French door . Just had 4 windows replaced today and again excellent service. Thank You

WindowGeeks came out to my property as I had problems with the windows of my (nearly new ) house it had drafty windows, and also a badly set pair of french doors.
They sent out a fitter ( Antony) who diagnosed the problems and worked out a very reasonable quote for the work.
Antony returned as arranged on time a made good the windows and french doors.
Antony was very friendly and went above and beyond in being efficient, clean and tidy and is a good ambassador for WindowGeeks

Neil came & gave a quote, job got booked in for the following week. Repair was speed and as quoted. On both visits we were informed of arrival time and Neil arrived exactly on time.
Would highly recommend.

Ethan arrived at 8:30 as per the text msg sent to inform us. He was polite and professional and worked tirelessly to give us a lovely clean finish to the damaged and misted window panels which he replaced as planned. I am thrilled with the end result and am now waiting to have a new lock fitted to one of my upstairs windows which has been faulty for some time. We have decided to sell our house and I noticed the patterned window clings we have on all the bathroom windows, in one bathroom had shrunk so we removed it to discover a crack from top to bottom on the pane.

Called window geeks who arranged a no obligation free quote appointment. The fella who came was friendly and knowledgeable.

He even covered his shoes before walking on my carpets, without having to be asked.

About 2 weeks later the unit was ready so a fitting appointment was made. The same fella ( Antony ) came again to fit the unit. He once again covered his shoes without having to be asked and it didnt take him long to fit at all. Looks brand new, like there was never an issue now. I feel the price was extremely also and it has a 10 year warranty.

Used this company twice, they are a very friendly company. They are very professional in everything they do. I am waiting for my new front door handle to arrive but they have supplied another one until its arrival. Their service is second to none

Amazing service - saved us a fortune! We thought the patio door was beyond repair and Neil fixed it within 30 minutes saving us around £2k for a replacement. He also fitted a new window latch to the bedroom window and straightened our fairly new front door which had been badly installed. He was a great bloke to deal with, obviously knew exactly what he was doing and did it with a sense of humour. Top marks!
