It's now July and still have not received my refund guess I need to contact my lawyer and channel 2 news team to do a story on Windows Nation on why they have not sent my refund after waiting 3 months

Hard sale
Hard sale! Nothing is itemized, leaving you wonder how they came to the total cost. Discounts used, and taken away, if no same-day commitment. No time to consider a large purchase, such as ours. Windows/door are just okay! They do not offer a full replacement, with new framing. They will use what’s there. You will also be told the installers work for them, as employees of the company, and that’s stretching the truth.

Window screens damaged
Window screens damaged, one window pull inside deformed. Called several time to get replaced/ repaired . It has been over 6 months now. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality or professional service.

I want to give a big shout out to Jose, Bianca, Troy and didn't catch other guys name for doing an outstanding job. I could tell they cared about the job they did. My windows look amazing. I would give them 10 stars. I also love my new louver blinds. It made the windows pop.

Window Replacement
In 2022 you installed 8 windows form. 2 years later you replace one with a stress crack. A couple of weeks ago another window had a stress crack. I called and the window was ordered, but the wrong size was delivered so we have to wait another couple of weeks.

The install crew arrived on time. They were courteous and answered any questions we had along the way. The job was completed in one day as promised. The crew worked efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

The Service Men were very polite listened to our problem, went right to the windows and showed us what we were not doing correctly. I love my Window Nation windows.

Everyone was very polite and courteous
Everyone was very polite and courteous. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very informative answered any questions offered some solutions. The windows are very good quality. They were careful with the install and cleaned up everything afterwards.
