I’ve worked with Windows24.com (a division of Neuffer Windows and Doors in Germany) twice now — and both times the experience was absolutely fantastic. I replaced all my windows, balcony door, and patio door, and everything went perfectly from start to finish.
The product quality is outstanding — true German craftsmanship, solid build, beautiful finishes, and top-notch materials. Every window and door fit perfectly and feels premium.
A special mention to Ioannis Marcellos, who guided me through the entire process both times. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Ioannis helped me customize every detail to match my home and made sure everything went smoothly, including the shipment from Germany.
The logistics were flawless, too — packaging, delivery, and timing were handled with care and precision. Everything arrived safely, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
This company really stands behind what they do, and it shows in their quality and service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Windows24.com to anyone looking for top-tier European windows and doors.

Great Service and amazing quality
We have ordered our windows for our new built. The process was very easy and the customer care made the experience feel smooth and enjoyable.
But what really made us feel amazed, was the quality after we received the windows.
Certainly will purchase windows again from them.

Good quality European style windows…
Good quality European style windows from Germany. I ordered 37 wood aluminum tilt and turn windows and balcony doors. Transport from the production side in Germany was organized by Neuffer Sales Team. They really know a lot about windows and did a great consulting job. I full y recommend them.
