I started using the brightening kit in December last year and then the nano sponge facial in April. In 5mths I have a huge difference in the pigmentation of my skin and don’t require as much makeup to hide it. The staff have been so helpful with any questions or concerns. They are correct in that it takes time to see a difference.

Bought the products just over a week ago and so far so good. Not seeing any changes yet, which is expected after only a week. No acne as a result of the products. I’m using morning and night. I am noticing some drying around the sides of my mouth and nose so I have started avoiding those areas when applying the products. Might need to add more moisturiser. Customer service have been helpful and responsive answering my questions.

I purchased the Glow Routine based on the recommendation given by the supplier however I did not receive the glow cream that was supposed to be included in my order, even though I was assured it had been shipped. There was no offer to replace the bottle, which would have been a nice gesture. Instead, I had to buy a whole new bottle of Glow Cream for an extra $179! This feels like a total scam. Not the best experience for a first time user that’s for sure.

This product is false

Have spent hundreds of dollars trying different brands claiming to improve my Melasma which I have had for years on my upper lip. Switched about 3- 4 weeks ago to Windygarn. Although I feel my skin is looking brighter I can not see any improvement yet with my upper lip area. I have been using the brightening skin set and have also started using the Mela Peel. I will continue to follow the daily routine and hopefully will see some improvement soon. Service has always been good. Thank you

I have now been using the brightening kit & Mandelic peel with the night night retinol for over three weeks now.

I haven’t seen any lightening or brightening at all, and I haven’t been using the products religiously day and night. I know there is no time frame put on seeing a noticeable difference however I thought I might have seen even the slightest change.

Easy to consult with, friendly, fast at posting product off.

I had the worst experience with your services which I never ever experienced in my life. I have done alot of online overseas shopping but no1 ever did this to me what Windygran did to me. At the checkout you should have informed me that i am going to be charged the border force fee in the UK. I am not your first UK customer right?so you must be aware of this fee but you just trap the customer so you get your money. I am going to give extremely negative review on all the social media platforms about your shipping services . It was your responsibility to pay the border force fee before dispatching my parcel. I still havnt received my package because I have to pay £35 fee extra on top of my order payment which was £135.

I ordered the Brightening kit, so far it’s been amazing my skin has a beautiful glow and pigment has lighten up, been using this product for 3 weeks and really love it, just ordered again.

Excellent customer service including communication, very quick dispatch and delivery.

My mum tried this for 1 week, she started getting large pimples (which is very unusual for her) and her eyes started swelling up and getting itchy. She sent through photos and details, was told to stop using them and so she stopped because she is obviously having a reaction. She was then told by customer service that she didn’t qualify for a refund (because the only way to refund is to use for 90 days, which equates to 2-3 brightening kits), so she didn’t need to send them anything, but that she was also not getting anything back. Reading up, any Australian business falls within ACL, and this product cannot be used for its intended use. This product is not fit for the intended use, and the business has advised us that it is not suitable for the intended use, covered by ACL in regard to items sold via Australian businesses.

I noticed my skin improving and the tone evening out. I've been using it twice a day as instructed for about 2weeks. It has a very nice texture and my skin feels great after applying. I will continue to use and see the changes, so far very good results. I'm happy with the purchase. This is an updated review after 6 weeks of using the product I can see a difference in my skin tone evening out and the blemishes starting to fade. I am still on the first brightening kit, looking forward to continue using the products as I am very happy with the results so far.

This stuff is magic. I am only about 4 weeks in and have already noticed a huge improvement; Clearer skin and faded malasma. I do the brightening kit routine morning and night and it’s really working!

Windyigarn skincare has changed the way I look at skincare - my melasma has been the number one issue for me for over 7 years and since using windyigarn products I am now wearing less and less makeup each week and feeling so much better within myself.
