Hello John, I apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have tried to contact you by phone and we did send you an e-mail on the 16th of November advising you that there had been a delay at customs with the arrival of the wines from Italy. We totally understand that this delay may have caused you some problems, however if you had contacted us, at anytime, we would have been more than happy to help you find an alternative solution or offer you a full refund, if waiting for the wine was not an option. We are now expecting the pallet to be delivered tomorrow and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Again, I can only apologise for the inconvenience and I hope you have a good evening. Great value and excellent quality cheese and wine
I ordered as a gift for a friend who loves cheese and wine. Winesnvines was by far the best option available on the internet and for a really great price. Most other places sell hampers with really low quality products, whereas the Winesnvines cheese and wines were excellent. Delivery was a couple of days so no problem there

Great service
Didn’t have the exact bottle I wanted so gave me complimentary bottles of wine. On the welsh gin the label advertised had changed due to branding so feedback provided for distillery.
