Placed an order mid January but did not receive the order till over a month later after chasing up Wingback over a dozen times.

Wingback has an automated reply to the email so I’m not sure if the team actually reads all the emails they get.

I have a compulsion for really well designed things.
I found this company online after seeing reviews for some of their products.
As soon as I saw the products I had to have a few items!

I decided on the Winston wallet and a steel mechanical pen, quite expensive but, they feel as if they will last a lifetime

Great product. Excellent service. Looking foward to my next purchase. The pen is very nice. It has a nice weight to it, well balance. Love the action and the knurling on it. Writes very well. Great size and design. Definitely recommend.

Very poor service! The order was forgotten and no amount of emails could get a response. Finally got PayPal involved for a refund and Wingback responded with crappy excuses. When the pen finally arrived, the engraving wasn’t very good, they casually responded with “yes that can happen with titanium, we’ll refund the engraving cost” They never did! The pen is ok but pretty underwhelming for the cost!

The product (Pen in both brass and stainless steel) in terms of quality is first rate. Nice to handle and operate. I have lots of pens, some definitely more expensive, but this product is my first by choice.

Excellent attention to detail, quality and function across their range of products, which continue to evolve with new items and material choices. The Titanium items are a particular joy to use.

Packaging is simple and no-nonsense. Pens\pencils include a simple but functional sleeve. All metallic items have a brilliant finish and a real quality touch in both their look and feel as well as during use.

Purchased a titanium engraved drinking flask as a gift. The product feels and looks like it is built to last a lifetime. The purchase process was seamless. Great communication and received my product in the US with no issues.

I have the writing set (pencil, pen and fountain pen) in steel and it's perfect. Definitely the best writing tools I've ever owned and hope to own for a very long time. No manufacturing flaws on any of them that I could spot. No complaints on the customer service either. I even got a free replacement of the mechanism for the mechanical pencil after I dropped it and it broke. As for the price, yes, they're on the expensive side, and yes, you're going to pay taxes if you're a EU resident but you kind of know that when you purchase them.

I have been a loyal customer of Wingback products (pens, pencil, keychain, bag, flask, wallets, notebook) over many years and will continue to look forward to new Wingback products being developed. Each individual product is of high quality and grows in character as it ages with use. I’ve been using Wingback’s products for several years now. Consistently high quality and excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.

I look for interesting items that are a little different and more practical/useful than similar products available. I purchased a couple of Wingback Key Cache and Key Loops for my keys, I’m a cyclist and use different security locks for different environments that I have to leave my bike in, there’s quite a lot of keys and having the option to quickly add or remove keys made this purchase worthwhile for me. Yeah the items might be a bit expensive but I reckon they will last me a lifetime and will probably get passed on to future generations too. I use elastic micro paracord to make the loops for the keys and this helps make these items a little more practical as they are attached to my belt with a retractable key chain for added security. I’d recommend these as a gift option or maybe a way to thank someone special for always being there..! 😇

The pens are beautifully made, they have a perfect weight and are a tactile pleasure. They work beautifully and write in any conditions. They make a perfect present, something to treasure long into the future. Delivery is prompt and the engraving is a really nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I bought a steel pen, and then asked for the steel pencil for Christmas - they both look great, feel good, and are well made and robust.

I have several Wingback products (pen, wallet, key cache and another key attachment). Every single item has been perfect in terms of build quality but also design.
It shows when a company takes their time and makes things in a considered way rather than churning out lots of ‘stuff’.

I was updated every step of the way because you can appreciate the product is prepared before being sent. The product is brilliant and appears that it is sturdy enough to last for many years of use to come!
