Winged Boots Opiniones

My experience with Matt at Winged boots was seamless and excellent. I came to him with a customers request for a villa holiday in Ibiza and he delivered, with nothing being to much trouble.

I have no hesitation in recommending Matt Clayden at Winged Boots. As a luxury travel specialist, it's so important that I work with partners I can trust, and Matt is exactly that.

His knowledge is exceptional, and he always goes above and beyond to help. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, he takes the time to understand what's needed and provides a range of options, explaining the benefits of each so we can make the best decision for our clients.

Matt is professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Knowing that I can rely on his expertise gives me complete confidence when arranging travel for my clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service and expert advice.

Booked with Winged Boots (Dean) to go to the Amalfi Coast for my Wife's 30th Birthday in May and thanks alone are not enough to express the gratitude we feel for the experience we had. I explained the criteria and Dean curated yet another sensational agenda which hit the notes of the weekend I was hoping to enjoy, perfectly. The hotel recommendation was impeccable which was after a recommendation on exactly which area to stay in to enjoy the location whilst avoiding the crowds and tourist traps. Holidays like this are a reminder of why using a travel agent will never become outdated. Thank you!!

Dean gave us an outstanding hotel recommendation for our family holiday in the Maldives. From the moment we booked through to our return home, he was always available to help with any questions we had, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We’ve been booking with Dean at Winged Boots for the past couple of years, and his service has consistently been excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company for flights and holiday bookings.

I only reached out to Winged Boots about 18 months ago for help with my holiday bookings. If I’m honest, I’ve always been a bit of a control freak and enjoyed the process of searching different dates and flights myself to get the best deal.

That said, I’ve come to realise the team at Winged Boots do exactly that—and more. What really stands out, though, is how easy they are to deal with. It’s taken the pressure off completely, and I wouldn’t go back.

These guys are the real deal. I‘be worked with lots of agents and travel consultants and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else than Winged Boots. Their experience, care and careful process completely takes the stress out of bookings.

Winged Boots really know what they're doing. Travel Managers who think of everything and go the extra mile.

My husband has mobility challenges, so the planning for our South African dream safari was extensive — and full of questions from me! Gemma and Sam were outstanding throughout, and their professionalism gave me complete confidence that our trip would be exceptional.

Every detail was taken care of, from airport transfers to transport between destinations. The lodges — Clifftop Lodge and Impodimo — were absolute dream destinations, each offering unforgettable comfort and breathtaking surroundings. We saw every animal we could have hoped for, guided by excellent rangers, and enjoyed truly fantastic food.

A dedicated representative was also available in South Africa, ensuring we had support if needed. Thank you, Winged Boots — you were outstanding and made this the holiday of a lifetime.

The lady (Michelle) who sorted our holiday out was incredibly helpful and efficient!
Winged Boots were a fantastic company to deal with, and I will only be using them from now on!

Have used winged boots for the last 5 years after being recommended by a friend. They have been amazing, from price to planning every little detail.I cannot recommend them enough especially Emma who has sorted at least 10 luxury breaks for us

We booked with Dean 18 months ago. Always attentive to our needs and stayed in touch. Dean gave options and made sure we were happy with our decision. The holiday from start to finish was just perfect with so many memories made.

Thank you!!!

The attention to detail and flexibility of service is what differentiates Winged Boots from other travel companies. Nothing is ever too much trouble or a chore no matter how many times you look to change/adapt your personal requirements.

Louise listened to every requirement we needed and ensured my parents had the best holiday. Mum and dad needed special assistance and this was organised which made my parents holiday go so smoothly and no stress whatsoever. Booking with Louise at Winged Boots has been such a fantastic experience and we look forward to booking our next holiday as the reassurance and total professionalism is next to none.

The attention to detail and the great options that Winged Boots come up with is great. They recommend some amazing places and our last visit to Puglia at Canne Bianche was sublime. The hotel and staff were all fantastic.

Jack we will be in touch soon about our next holiday.

We’ve used Winged Boots for several years now and their recommendations have always been spot on. We tell Jack what we’d like, our budget and preferences and he does all the work for us and presents us with some options. Would highly recommend this company and a special thanks to Jack for always looking after us!
