Winstone's Books Opiniones

Phenomenal service. Winstone’s staff went out of their way to get a Christmas gift to my goddaughter on time - by hand delivering it! Reinforced to me the value of supporting independent retailers. Thank you!

It was wonderful to have a kind human being at the end of a phone when I had a query - someone who knew exactly what was going on at a busy time of the year and was able to efficiently put my mind at rest. Excellent personal service - would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered two of the puzzles from the outstanding range at Winstones in Sherborne from my home in New Zealand, really easy website to follow and both families received their gifts promptly for Christmas. Thank you

Their customer service is amazing! Really kind and attentive people with very clear communication throughout the whole company. Want to shout out Emma, Hazel and Wayne for helping me :) They didn’t have in stock what I had ordered but were able to get me something similar. Would definitely buy from these guys again!

Arrived swiftly, would order again

Outstanding service. Having tried a number of suppliers who didn't have a copy of the book, I tried Winstone's. They went out of their way to get a copy signed for me and I am very grateful. It was beautifully wrapped and well packed. It will have pride of place on my shelf. Thank you.

Beautifully wrapped book and arrived promptly, in perfect condition. Thank you for the care you took.

I saw the book I needed could be bought from Winston's, I spoke to helpful lady and then bought it on line. It was delivered within three days and was wrapped beautifully. I will definitely use them again. Very well done.

I ordered a book for a birthday present, not only did it arrive on time it was very well wrapped to the delight of the person receiving the book.
Would definitely recommend Winstone’s the personal touch you get from an independent shop is priceless.
