We were introduced to Kris and were delighted by the service. Kris made us feel at ease throughout the mortgage application steps and was very persistent to ensure we received our offer on time with great communication throughout the entire process. Despite all of the hurdles we had to go through, Kris ensured everything was smooth and took care of everything in a timely fashion. Yet more unsolicited spam from this company that you cannot unsubscribe from. I have never heard of them, yet my inbox is filled with their emails trying to sell me mortgages and life insurance. I thought the UK was subject to GDRP laws but apparently not, since I have never heard of this company yet somehow they have acquired my contact information and are spamming me daily. Wouldn't recommend this company at all, given this unethical and illicit practice.

James Alexander, if I begin I'm afraid I will not know where to stop.
I came across an email one day back in November 2024 from doddle whilst working from home. Something just told me to check it out, call it devine intervention or meant to be, so I opened the email and selected the link.
I followed through with the procedure, like everyone does when they see a ray of hope and something that might just be possible to help them. Before long I was contacted by James and from there became the beginning of a wonderful, amazing and successful journey.
I can honestly say that from the onset via text and then speaking to James, I felt something very good, sincere and genuine about him.
From that November 2024 this amazing man with his knowledge, his experience of the financial industry and so appreciative and understanding of the state of the economy in the UK and what we all going through in these difficult times, my journey began, having regular daily contact with James who was determined to help me.
Having lived a professional life and done a professional job, that is not on land but at sea and with very little knowledge or experience with what I was planning to engage in to help my circumstances to sustain and provide for my family given the state of things which everyone knows, struggling and to survive.
James helped me understand the dynamics and policies, the requirements and procedures to embark on such a journey. Not only did he do this but he went over and beyond the call of duty from morning, noon and well into the evening.
I stand in awe of someone so committed and sincere to the wishes of another human being.
I regard him as a true gentleman and professional in his own game because a true professional, not only deliveries because of his own experience and knowledge, but because of his empathy and appreciation of the wishes and wants of his client.
I cannot fault him, nor can I express any doubt from the onset of opening dialogue with him, as well as throughout the entire process and the honest sincere commitment of James to deliver, as first advised and then promised.
I thank James knowing now that there really is someone out there who understands and appreciates people out there who need help. James Alexander of Winstree financial services limited, should be recognised, contacted and embraced, that which you need in your life when it matters.

Professional and efficient service.
In my experience, every step was explained to me in a way I understood. James Alexander was friendly and kind which made a huge difference. In an age where we mostly deal with automated services, it was very reassuring to have someone on the other end of the telephone readily available to ease your anxieties. As a first time buyer, I felt very supported by Richard who took the time to explain the wider process of buying a house and highlighted some specific complications which were worth being aware of. Richard was able to find a great mortgage deal and helped to ensure this was ready well ahead of the completion date. When the house value was renegotiated, Richard was able to quickly check and make all necessary changes to maintain the mortgage deal, helping to keep the buying process moving along smoothly. Overall, I am very happy with this experience and would happily use Winstree again.
