I have recently used Winstree for a Re-mortgage and I cannot praise enough the services I received. I dealt with Angela Meehan who was amazing as well as Lauren a member of the admin team.
Angela dealt with my application so swiftly that I completed in a matter of a few weeks. When I asked a question either by phone or email she responded quickly( not always the case with other services regardless of the covid pandemic).
She was professional at all times and I had complete confidence in her with all my financial information. Guidance choosing the correct product was crucial for me and understanding the process meant I knew at all times at what stage I was with my application.

Needed a re-mortgage as part of my divorce and they was able to find me a new mortgage at a better rate than I was paying with my previous lender.

Very professional service, nothing was too much trouble and felt very at ease with this in their hands.

If I ever need another mortgage in the future this is where I am coming back to.

Kris was great and exceeded all expectations-Despite the fact we needed to sort not one but two mortgage deals and the whole process being competed during lockdown! A challenge in itself.

He was polite and knowledgeable and when we had the odd glitch with lenders he was quickly able to find a solution and even saved us some money when one of them backed out last minute due to Furloughed pay issues .

Kris was excellent throughout the whole process and very reassuring. Had issues with some advisors on our first mortgage as my partner was on a zero-hour contract. Even when this became an issue with the first lender, Kris quickly found another for us to ensure we re-mortgaged on time. Any questions or problems he resolved asap and was always contactable. All proposed offers were sent over in a professional format.

Will be first point of call once my mortgage term is over.
