I received great service and always kept me updated by email. MOST OF ALL.. I am getting the right wipers for my car, making me feel safe.
During the wiper instillation process I broke a needed part. I left a phone message asking if the broken part could be replaced. The next business day I received an email from an actual person askin... Ver más

Good product
Good product, fairly priced, timely shipping. Their online instructions were far superior to the included instruction sheet.

My thoughts.
My thoughts. Number one in customer service selling one of the best products is a winner to me. I love the ease of finding the right blades, and your installation videos on your website.

Junk
Junk! Product was fine, but didn't fit my model year. I asked for switching out & was send a YouTube Video (which didn't help). waste of time & money - just want to local store instead (at the same price).

Respuesta de WiperBladesUSA
Brett I'm so sorry to hear about this. Especially here. I wish you would have contacted us about this. We'll of course try and rectify this.
Did you use our Step-by-Step installation instructions (with video) for your 2013 Audi A6 that were emailed to you?
https://www.wiperbladesusa.com/audi/a6/2013/how-to-change-wiper-blades#tabs-25
It shows that the adapters needed to be switched to the B/C adapter and then remove Shim C. Then it will fit your A6 perfectly.
Let me know if that works for you.

Great brand of wipers at a super price...fast and easy online ordering, and lightning fast shipping. They even emailed an installation video clip prior to the wipers arriving. Highly recommend Would definitely buy from them again.

Mega savings! Good quality!
The wipers came fast. Fit perfect for my truck. I almost got totally ripped off at a major chain automotive store. Would recommend this route for window wipers for your vehicle. I paid 1/3 per wiper what I would have paid!

The wipers themselves are great but the little attaching part did not seem to fit my Kia. I ended up using the part that came off the old wipers. But did get them installed.
