I received a different color than what I ordered and the strap is blocked, that button cannot be changed as it is unusable. Many minuses but I can only list them. The return is practically impossible and not worth it as a waste of money. Very bad quality!

They're fine but the pods themselves don't have an on and off button, they need to be placed in/out the case. I put mine in my ears and dropped my son at nursery before going for a run. By the time I'd dropped him off they'd switched off and I couldn't switch them back on as I didn't have the case with me. Quite frustrating. Other than this they work great.

Whilst the quality of the headphones themselves is not in question for me they do not sit in my ears very well at all. I plan to use them most whilst running and I am constantly having to adjust/ stop them slipping out so far, and in adjusting them so much I am often inadvertently pausing my music too by grabbing the pods on the sensors or touching them by accident.

This could be a unique issue to my ear shape / size and also using them for running.

No quibble response following my email advising that my earphones had developed a fault following my purchase which had been made 2 months prior. Replacement item was sent immediately. Excellent service from Rich.

Excellent Service. This was my second purchase of EarPods. First set for my wife second set for myself.. Both are excellent and in my opinion great value for money. Had a small issue with first set in as much as the rubber ear insert tip sizes were not quite small enough for my wife’s comfort. Immediately Resolved by Wireless gadgets .. no cost.. no fuss.. excellent customer service.

The sellers communication was very good all my questions were answered quickly the pods are amazingly good the sound quality is top notch they are comfortable in my ears and are easy to operate battery life is very good I.got 4 and 1/4 hours for a full charge very impressive in my opinion they are every bit as good as any of the other top brands on the market and then some and at a fraction of the price you can’t go wrong very glad I took the chance and bought them I definitely would recommend buying them to anyone

Amazing customer service!! There was a problem with the first pair of AirPods that I purchased through Wireless Gadgets, so I emailed Rich and he suggested that I send them back to him for testing. He couldn’t find a problem with them but agreed to send a new pair out and he even covered the postage cost. The new pair of AirPods work perfectly. Rich was easy to deal with and the product is great. All in all a very positive experience. I highly recommend.
