On February 27, 2024, my order shipped from your facility when I placed it online. I am a member of the Wisconsin CheeseMan and I placed an order and in less than 5 minutes I received confirmation that order was placed, followed up by another email when my order was being processed. I ordered the "Spring Bridge Mix"and "Fruit & "Nuts Breads" and "Cremes Gift Assortment and lastly a box of "Liqueur Petits Fours". I appreciate the daily updates to have an idea of when the shipment will arrive at its destination. I have ordered in the past to previous family members, and they loved your products. I decided to send as a birthday gift to my Auntee whos Bday was approaching the first week of March. When she received the package everything was well packed and it arrived safely. I did receive tracking confirmation on the package when it arrived to my Auntees building. Once she received it, she said she enjoyed everything. I do enjoy that the site offers different options to choose from. I highly recommend it! Just a click away to send something to someone to see them smile. MARIAE

Not happy with product didn't like any cheeses taste like Velveeta cheese no flavor plus very hard on people for late payments some people have no time to remember your bills when working lots of hours so please don't send me any catalogs or email me if you do you I won't be nice

Food was salty and disgusting.
I bought in dec for christmas.
Buy now pay later.
First bill arrived in march 10th
One week later a vm saying my payment was past due.
A week after that a notification saying my credit score dropped for 30 day past due.
I had originally set up auto pay but I guess there was a glitch on their end.
I paid in full. Never again!

My bank has blocked this company from credit transactions due to it being considered a high risk for scams.

My elderly father ordered a gift box from them. They have sent 3 bills since it was paid demanding an additional $17.98 per month. It is a scam. I made the last payment myself over the phone and they’re still threatening collections via the mail. Do not use.

Received a box of small cheeses as a gift for the holidays from my aunt, who has absolutely horrid luck at choosing food gift companies. There was no refrigeration or ice packs in the box, it was just a small box without any insulation at all, and within less than a week, half of the cheese has begun to mold. To add to our woes, the plastic used to package the cheese is thin, stretched out, and bubbled up in places, as if they shipped this by air in an unpressurized plane.

Now, I'm aware that there are cheeses that are shelf-stable and can be shipped without cooling or insulation, but these cheeses are not them.

I placed a order online and put in the addresses I needed the products sent to and when they sent me an email they had everything wrong so I tried calling and got cut off 3 times so I waited til the next morning and the customer service person I spoke with said it was already shipped and that person said they would have someone call me but they never did. Come to find out the products were not shipped for 2 days later. I wound up spending 5 days trying to get everything straightened out and finally one of the customer service persons said she had it fixed and everyone would get their gifts but it turns out that 1 of the addresses didn't get anything, so my advice is you probably shouldn't order from this company.

I ordered a pound and a half tin of pecan clusters and they were old. I contacted Wisconsin Cheeseman and they said that my options were a refund, replacement, or credit. I choose credit because I didn't want to go through this again. I bought a different item from them but they're making me cover the shipping and said that it takes 24 hours before the credit actually can be used. It isn't easy to get through to them and I feel like there are too many other companies out there for them to play their game this way, so I won't continue any future business with them!!!!

Do not order from here. All three of my orders were wrong in some way. One order was in stock when ordering on the website, only to receive an email a day later which stated (in teeny tiny print that I almost missed) that the item was now out of stock and the order would not ship. The other two orders were shipped to me instead of the recipients, which means there is no way to get them there by Christmas now. The shipping is very high, which I would have been fine with if it had actually shipped to the correct address, but now it is a complete waste of money. When I tried to contact the company through the website, no one emailed me back. When I try to view my orders online, I cannot see any details other than the order number and the item purchased. I believe the whole website is broken. Now I'm stuck trying to find gifts from somewhere else at the very last minute. I will never order from this company again.

Catalog said there was a free gift if I ordered more than $50. Made the order, got my items but no free gift. Called several times to the customer service number, was disconnected every time. Called the main office number and spoke with someone who put me on hold and disconnected. Needless to say will never order from them again.

I attempted to order a cheese box to be sent to my brother in Oregon. After a few days, I tracked the shipment and was appalled to see that it was on its way to me in Arizona! After numerous attempts to contact the company and having their system hang up on me after the usual "Experiencing a high volume of calls" excuse, I received the box. I spent additional money to resend the box to him and tried contacting the company again. Was able to send an email explaining the situation and received a canned response which was of no help. I finally called my bank and disputed the charges. I am expecting a full refund due to the total lack of customer service and the additional time and money it cost me to rectify the situation. I don't even know if the food in the box will be fresh with the extra time it has to go through the delivery process. I will never order from this company again and would encourage others to avoid them as well.

Ordered a gift pack with a block of cheese, it shipped on Nov 27th, did not arrive until Dec 11th, was supposed to be refrigerated shipping, the cheese arrived slimy and warm. Customer service said to donate it to a food pantry and get a receipt so they could issue a refund! total BS, I will let my CC dispute it with them...Stay Away!

Took 45 mintes to place an order... just before completion, phone went dead. They did not save any information. Had to go through the process again. No discount offered for my trouble. Shipping added $100 to my $295 order. Never again.

I recently purchased several hundred dollars' worth of Christmas gifts thru Wisconsin Cheeseman. I have shopped with them for two years. It has come to my attention that people received more than one gift while others did not receive any. Wrong addresses were delivered to as well. Another complaint is that many of the packages did not have any note telling the recipient who sent the gift. The ones that did have a note were hard to find with the smallest font possible being used. I spoke to a supervisor this morning and she did not seem to care. She told me every one of the packages had the right names, addresses, and notes on them and she isn't responsible for incorrect delivery. There is essentially nothing she would or could do for me. This is supposed to be worry-free Christmas shopping but now I have to call all of the people who were to receive packages and confirm whether or not they did receive them. I didn't appreciate the supervisor's attitude and it would appear this is the last time I order from Wisconsin Cheeseman. They have a good product but the customer service and satisfaction is terrible.

I placed my order by phone, and the woman I dealt with was not very bright, and it took a painfully long time to get my order placed. When it arrived, I was shocked at the way it was packaged as it was just small, boxes wrapped in plastic. The portions of everything were tiny and the food itself was terrible. Really just not edible.

I try to order and thought maybe had to pay only half for order but they want full price as don’t believe when they said you get credit as it a scam

Placed a gift order, had phone book & looked up address. Typed recipients address but order defaulted to my address so I got package. Tried customer service but told to call back another time & hung up on. Awful service - will never use again & from other reviews this is a place to avoid completely.

Just wanted to give s shout out to Wisconsin Chessman!! I received my order today and everything was awesome all around!! I love that the product was packaged well! I will be ordering again! Great company!!!
