Horrible, pushy customer service representatives. Harassing people about a 10.00 bill during coronavirus pandemic. Called EVERY DAY after they were told that I didn't know when I would get to work.

I received a tin of mixed nuts with chocolate covered cashews as a Christmas gift. It sounded so good, but tasted so bad. The whole thing tasted like stale chocolate. No crunch, no flavor...the salt isn’t even salty.

Ordered from here for a few Christmas gifts. The free gift was to come to me with my order, but it got sent to someone else, customer service sucks I had to buy the free gift that they screwed up on
Then I ordered two more things on the 22 of December and still have not seen it. Called they referred me to FedEx. I will not purchase from this company again. You can purchase directly from Swiss Colony. And avoid the outrages shipping and wait time.

I made my first order and when I checked the tracking it was on the truck and in route. When I checked a little while later they said there was a problem and it was being shipped back to the company. I called them and they couldn't tell me why it was being shipped back cause it had the correct address. And the products I ordered are out of stock. I might try them again

On December 11th I placed an order on the phone. I received an order confirmation email. I started to check status December 19th since I was told the recipient would received before the 20th. On the 21st I called and was told the provided credit card was invalid and they SENT ME A LETTER! (Admitted they had phone and email on record). Now 23rd no letter yet. Is this business really legitimate? Look at the other reviews!! Do not do business with this company!!

Received their catalog in the mail saying that I was eligible for the credit option to pay later. Placed my order on 12/9 and received confirmation back that order was received. Checked daily on status of order and found each day that it was still being processed and hadn't shipped. Was concerned as it said all items were in stock. Hmmm. Called company today, 12/16 to ask what was the delay. Was told they were waiting for verification of my income. Not sure who was contacted about verification of my income but nothing was ever sent to me via email or a phone call asking for verification. Cancelled order and went elsewhere.

Very disappointing paid good money and my sharp cheddar cheese tasted very bad hard and stale I ordered a tin of honey roasted nuts the nuts are all stale do not recommend

Well i have had thier products in the past and loved them so when i seen the site for them i did not hesitate to sign up and order. The problem is its been stuck at processing shipment since the 3rd.
So if i ever receive my order im sure will be great. But bit disappointed at the moment.

Great quality items. Very delicious. Low prices.
