I am an enthusiastic aged sharp cheddar cheese connoisseur, I could eat really great tasting aged sharp cheddar cheese on just about anything, to me it's like honey to a bear, or pickle cravings for a pregnant woman, it's one of the best things to eat, along with bacon of course, so when I ordered the 1 year, 2 year, and 5 year aged sharp cheddar cheese from the Cheese Mart, or Wisconsin Cheese Mart around 12 years ago, I was absolutely shocked at what I had been missing all of my life, there's no comparison to store bought aged sharp cheddar, their cheese has a incredible flavor that's not to die for, but instead to absolutely want to live for, the 1 to 2 year aged cheddar is fantastic for slicing for burgers, sandwiches, and so much more, and I could stop there but words can't describe just how incredibly scrumtiously delicious that it is, but then, let me repeat that, BUT THEN I tasted the 5 year aged sharp cheddar cheese, which is perfect for crumbles, shredded cheese, and adding it to fresh organic broccoli, or tacos, or fresh organic free range chicken eggs from my backyard and it's like a taste explosion of deliciousness!!! It really brings out the flavors of whatever you're making and then the combination of it with your favorite food is literally addictive, which is why I regularly place an order for all 3, now for those with a little bit better income than myself, and you're able to order the 10, 12, 15, and if I'm remembering correctly something between 20-25 year aged sharp cheddar cheese, please comment below this review and let me know just how fantastic it is, I can only imagine because I'm on a strict personal spending routine to be able to stay afloat, but when I have even a little bit extra I'll order an extra 5 year sharp cheddar cheese block, oh yeah I order all of the different aged cheddar in their 2.5.lb cheese loaf/blocks, and cut, or shred it myself and although I was buying monthly, do to a recent car accident where I was rear-ended at a traffic light, I haven't had the extra money to order anything from them, and I feel like I'm going through withdrawals, so if you really really really love Sharp cheddar cheese and if you have or haven't tried aged sharp cheddar cheese, I would highly recommend that you take a chance and order either the 2 or especially the 5 year, and then come back here and leave a review about what you think, let everyone else know that I'm not losing my mind, that their cheese is the best you've ever had, because it is the absolute best I've had!! Lastly, if you're in a hot climate like I am for the most part in Central Florida and you're concerned about it being shipped from Wisconsin, and still arriving in great shape, from my personal experience, they pack really good sized ice packs inside of a small Styrofoam cooler, so you get the bonus of free reusable ice packs as well, and everything has always arrived in great condition and still cold. They also have all kinds of other tasty cheeses, and artisan cheese where different fruits or flavor is added, and I've tried several of them and they were good, and worth purchasing, but the aged sharp cheddar is mmhmm mmhmm mmhmm mmhmm gooooodddddd! It's really really Gouda!! Lol!
