We brought the alco free beer advent calendars. Not to our liking so made a complaint and was offered less than half refund and also have to return remaining drinks and stay in waiting for collection offered as a resolution. Won’t use again or recommend to anyone.

I really think that Wise Bartender are the only online company that know how to send goods by mail. The goods are packed for safty and customer satisfaction. The products are first class at a very good price.

There is a great variety to choose from and at a reasonable price. I love the mixed packs which give you the opportunity to try out different brands. Quick and efficient service

A very impressive range of vegan no/low alcohol beers. My order was well packaged, despatched quickly, and delivered on time by Parcelforce.

The only things I'd change would be to be able to filter results by container (bottle or can), and for the product info to be more accurate (some pictured a bottle but said it was a can, and vice versa). I'd also like to receive the tracking number in the dispatch email - I emailed to ask for it, not knowing that Parcelforce email you with it later. Customer service was very prompt.

I'd shop here again.

Great place to peruse non-alcoholic beers all in one place. Great range. First 3 I’ve tried better than anything I’d tried previously for the supermarket. Great service too!

This company has been a great find and deserves more than 5 stars. Ordering is easy. They keep you up to date with the progression of your order at every stage. Oh and the gluten free, alcohol free lager is also an excellent find.

Fantastic service, I decided a few weeks ago to cut out the beer and lose weight so did a little research to find a good no alcohol choice as i have never been able to drink any before as found them terrible. On finding a few i came accross Wise Bartender and seen the wide range of no alcohol or very low alcohol choices and placed an order, from first contact they were so easy to deal with and kept in touch every step from order to delivery which was very fast considering i live across the water. Onto the beers and i can honestly say i have found 4 lagers, IPA's that are as good as and a couple that are actually better than the high alcohol high calorie craft beers i have been drinking for years. I would seriously recommend giving these guys a go.

Great service and reasonably priced delivery - i ordered Rattlers Zero and would have had to pay twice the delivery amount of bought direct.

Had 2 orders from Wise Bartender.. the first one got damaged by the couriers arrived eventually. Second one prefect . Only seems one choice of couriers maybe a choice would be nice.None of this is Wise Bartender fault. A large range of beers web sites can be a bit slow, but my stock is getting a bit low . So a new order soon .
