At first there was some issues regarding email communication. However the staff at Wise Loan were very diligent and together we resolved those issues. I like that they approve loans for most people with bad credit. I am grateful for that. They are clear and concise with the fees and terms. One should bear in mind this is a Loan that accumulates interest on a daily basis and make sure you can handle the repayment accordingly. Overall I would recommend Wise Loan . It suited my needs. I will definitely consider utilizing their services again in the future.

Customer service and technology is the worst experience. Why would anyone come here for a loan. After being disconnected from a call this morning after waiting 15 minutes, no answer from customer support (customer lack of support), I tried live chat. More than three sessions were disconnected or never answered. More than 45 minutes of waiting tells me you all have some serious issues. I'm not going to do business with this type of company

This company is the absolute worst. I have had a pending loan for 3 days. I wait on hold then have to leave a call back number only to never receive a call back. I have called numerous times where I have been straight up hung up on. I have not once gotten an email reply after several emails sent. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with. How this company is allowed to do this is criminal and they should be reported.

Can't get in touch with no one once approved

It’s a scam company, they approve you for a loan and leaves the loan and pending status.
You never get the funds but are responsible for the payments still.
You can’t not reach anyone via email or the phone.

Do not get a loan from this company!! Their customer service is terrible and they always have an excuse for why something is wrong or not ready that fits what they need. I only needed 200 dollars they would not approve me for that,but tried to get me to sign for a 1200 dollar loan that would have cost alot of money every month. After I declined that they would not respond to calls, their chat room or emails. So be careful they will try and put you in a hole you will never get out of. Be careful and find another way!!!!!

Loan was paid off in full and they continue to take payments

By far, the worst company that I have ever dealt with have not been able to talk with anyone every time I call, they say that it's the answer service and that someone will give me a call back. Have been calling 4 or five days.Have not reached anyone. All I want is my info from this site. About to notify the BBB

Wise loan is misleading they are desperate they will make all kinds of promises but will kick you to the curb don't trust them if you are smart don't take my word for it experience the garbage yourself

I got a loan from them and my last payment was $371.26 or 371.96 in September 2025. They took out two payments of the last amount. I had to go to my bank to have them to refund the extra payment they took out. Oh yes, they refunded me, but get this, now they made a whole new account stating I owed them when they overcharged me in September 2025 to make themselves looked good and try to mess up My credit. I have proof that they overcharged me( bank statement) and have proof of the readjustment they had to make to refund me on my bank statement. So Watch Out for when U make Ur last payment, make sure U let Ur bank aware of them trying to overcharge You!

Nothing went wrong

The company is not easy to work with. They are fast to give you loan, but please don't get into a bind where you need to move a date. It is not possible; you will have to double up on payments. The only other options are to refinance and when doing that they will add on extra fees at a high rate, and you longer payments. Just another way to scam more money out of you. I took that bait, please don't, all help isn't good help.

It's been 9 days since I applied. Said I was approved for $446. Their bank verification isn't working on their end,They have hung up on me twice, never return my calls. Horrible way to do business. I see why they have a very low rating

AWEFUL LOYALTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW i have dealt with these people over 20 times over the last 3 years and always paid off my loans early. Same job making same money and only 1 late payment. Said they cannot lend to me. LOL What a joke. Customer service is a bot that always says no human available and when you call the phone number, you get disconnected after 3-5 minutes of holding. What a joke. I asked the human I finally got to see if I could talk to a manager and got a canned response. Extremely disappointing to say the least.

I was considering when I received an email that I was preapproved for a loan from AvenaWise. Then I read AVENAWISE reviews, they all say STAY AWAY.

No matter whether it's a loan or purchase, you should ALWAYS read reviews, they say a lot.

Terrible customer service been calling them leaving messages for 3 days and it’s been impossible to get a hold of them.

I applied for a small loan. Received a text and an email to contact them. Have tried for 3 days and left multiple messages. Have not received one return phone call, text or email. When you call any one of there phone numbers you sit on hold and either get prompted to leave a message or cut off. I thought they were legit?

This so called company has the worst customer service. I've paid off my loan. Then they took an extra payment out. Now they are refusing to repay. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. They should be closed
