As usual Will goes that extra ‘yard’ on ensuring great Customer service / experience.

We had a last minute cancel for an on premise look / assessment; so to atone Will sent the watch to my home, by express courier, delivery being two days post the cancellation - with no obligation to buy and affording the time to research said watch.

I view this recent acquisition, my 4th from Wiseman’s, a unique watch in excellent condition and very good market value.

Exceptional service from start to finish from Will at Wiseman's Watches. Everything about the transaction was 5* plus. The watch was exactly as described, if not better.
