I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Both Anita and LeeAnn made my experience of buying a new home hassle free & stress free. Their knowledge and professionalism shone through from our first conversation and I felt assured and confident I was in the best hands. I was kept updated on any updates, always responded to quickly and efficiently, and they managed to sort everything for me without a hiccup. I would never go anywhere else, thank you so much WiseOne!

Can't thank Carl enough!
Really pleased with the service from WiseOne and especially Carl Bowler. Me and my partner have just bought our first house and used the HTB scheme. We didn't know much about the process and were unsure if we would even be considered due to my partners credit having defaults a couple of years ago. We found a property that we loved and were given Carl's contact details with the assurance that he was the best and that was correct. Carl guided us through the process, answered every phone call and every frantic text message at whatever time or day of the week. We first contacted Carl at the end of August and today on the 13th of Oct we have exchanged contracts on our future home! If anyone is unsure about being eligible for buying a house for the first time, Carl is the man to contact.
