Tried 3 months to cancel my…

Tried 3 months to cancel my subscription. They won't let you do it over the phone or through email. The only way is to do it through a chat bot. The bot was messaging back and forth consistently until I said I wanted to cancel my subscription, now its been a 25 minute wait with no response from the bot or a human

I have had no access to my Wisestamp…

I initially had a negative experience in a lack of response to not having access to my signatures for a few days, but the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Their customer service team was responsive, professional, and ensured everything was corrected promptly. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making things right, and I’m now very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend their service!

We are unable to cancel our subscription.

We are unable to cancel our subscription, and support is not answering.

I send my first mail to support at 11/11-2025, yet still no reply.

There is no way for u to cancel, so i guess we have to close our credit cards to avoid beeing billed.

Cant not recommend this,.

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out" - our account manager at Wisestamp

We paid for Wisestamp for five years before deciding to move to another vendor for more features.

We made a request to extend our contract for two weeks during the transition to our new vendor. The Wisestamp rep and our account manager were less than interested in responding to our request, let alone helping us with it. Had to wait over a week to get a response. This communication occurred within the dates of our paid contract, so as soon as we told them we weren't extending, they dropped us. Ultimately, they refused to extend the contract for two weeks.

It's an understatement to say that they were not concerned about customer retention or win back.

Additional issues:
- Non-responsive design features
- Glitchy
- Charge additional $100+ for minimal design help, like centering a line (we paid for it because we were so frustrated with the design limitations).

I don't recommend WiseStamp. You get what you pay for.

Our signature editor is built to be customizable and responsive, and most design adjustments (including alignment and layout changes) can typically be done directly in the editor without any added cost. We do offer optional design services for those who prefer extra help, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear or if the experience felt limited or frustrating along the way. Your feedback helps us improve.

Email signatures that don’t SOC2 much

We use Wisestamp because we value security.
We’re a cybersecurity company and we value privacy, and Wisestamp is a great product to organize and manage all of our email signatures, securely.

We also really get value from using banner emails.
In fact, we booked a few demos at Black Hat and RSA by linking the banner to our event landing page.

In short, our IT loves it, and it’s simple enough for our marketing team to use and get plenty of value from. It’s inexpensive (relatively) and has great support.
Highly recommended!

We use this tool as our enterprise…

We use this tool as our enterprise email signature management software.
We are a large automotive company with over 5,000 employees.
Wisestamp is the tool that we use for brand consistency. We also use of for promotional banners and sales of our latest car sales.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to other large businesses, especially enterprises.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but we never had a bad experience wiht this company. When we have issues, we open a support ticket and get answers within 24 hours.

The service is easy to use and intuitive

The service is easy to use and pretty intuitive. New employees are automatically added using the Google Workspace integration, and any time I did have an issue or a bug, their customer service was timely and helpful.

How unethical is it that you cannot…

How unethical is it that you cannot automatically cancel your subscription and have to wait 24hrs for someone to review your chat before cancellation. Please cancel my subscription today.

Refusing to refund documented fraudulent charges

WiseStamp charged me $70 for an auto-renewal on an account that had been canceled and refunded a year earlier. I provided bank statements and emails proving this, yet they continue to deny the mistake and refuse a refund.
Instead of resolving the issue, they gave me the runaround over several emails. They even created a new account with a typo in my email to claim that was the active account they were billing me for. This is to an email account that doesn't even exist!! Each time I clarified the situation with documented proof, they created another reason (excuse) that I couldn't cancel the account (to an email that doesn't exist) and start the whole cycle over again.
It’s been weeks of back-and-forth over a clear billing error, handled with zero accountability or transparency. Their support has been evasive and unprofessional. I strongly advise caution before doing business with WiseStamp.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no cancel subscription button so they make you go through a email request just to cancel subscription. I tried it and its no good. Cancelled and a year later they charged my card almost 100.00. No way to get a hold of them.

WiseStamp is horrible

WiseStamp only allows you, per their fine print, to cancel a subscription 14 days after it renews. Otherwise you have to pay for the entire year with no refunds. They are not up front about this, and the subscription, for what you get - is overpriced and underpowered. I am extremely disappointed with WiseStamp and would love to be able to tell everyone I know never to use their service, and certainly not to sign up for a nonrefundable year of service.

This product is terrible

This product is terrible. Their customer support is practically non-existent, and the software is full of glitches.

If you try to implement it across multiple emails, all they provide is a “help doc” filled with incorrect and misleading instructions that go nowhere.

I’ve spent over a month trying to get this to work. The fact that something as simple as setting up an email signature has turned into such a headache is unbelievable.

Do not use this company.

Charged via Visa without notice, cancellation request ignored

My subscription began April 12, 2025. The “Cancel subscription” option was not available in my dashboard (Visa billing). I only became aware of the charges when I checked my Visa statement on May 2—I never received an invoice or email notification before that.
I reached support on May 2 (Ticket #984781) asking to cancel, but the subscription was not cancelled and charges continued. I’ve requested backdated cancellation and a refund for charges after May 2.
The product itself is fine, but the cancellation process and lack of billing transparency are unacceptable. Please fix the Visa billing flow and ensure invoices/notifications are always sent.

Really happy with Wisestamp

My email signatures have never looked better or been more functional. I've worked for companies for years that have non-uniform email signatures and it looks unprofessional. This solves that with great options like links and metrics.

Beware of WiseStamp. They are dishonest.

Beware. You cannot CANCEL ever. WiseStamp charged me for several years after I CANCELLED. They have no working CANCELLATION feature and they will just keep writing you back as to why you want to cancel. Then, they will later write back that you didn't respond. WiseStamp is a fraud service provider. You will never be able to cancel for any reason.
