Wisper isp was a way better option than centurylink in my area. Way cheaper and way faster speeds for the money. We have had it about a year now and have only had 2-3 outages. They were short outages. And I can’t say enough for the people who work in the office. They always answer the phone and are very nice and helpful. Has a true small business feel to their process

Service person came between time period given. Nice friendly person. Explained what he was going to do Snd did it. It took a while as other things were a problem. But he finally fixed the problem and I had tv again. I’m still having some starts and stops but not as bad as before. Thank you

Never have had any trouble with your services. We only had limited choices before your service came to our area and it is the best. Wished I could have it at my other house but too many trees in the way.

On Thursday, July 16th, I called about speed and connection issues. It was moved to a Tier 2 ticket with a call back within 24 hours. I still have not had a call back. The tower needs upgrading to handle its customers.

We were told long ago that they were going to update our area with new equipment. This has not happened thus far to our knowledge. Our service is the same and there has been no improvement in it. It’s important for Wisper to keep their customers updated on what is going on.

For the most part our internet is great! But we have times it drops and just doesn't work. Customer service is always very helpful.

Internet coverage is often spotty and slow. I realize there are many trees but living as close to town as I do and as many people that are in my area, I feel better coverage should be available.

Internet speed is slow with intermittent latency. Technical support is generally unhelpful until you are transferred to higher capability support staff.

Wisper support is great. Unfortunately, the performance is just average for us. I have remained with Wisper for their support and hope that a new tower would be up that allowed for upgraded speed and better connectivity. It's been nearly 15 years. We are rural so, get it but do need a better solution. That said, if their site plan works for your location, I highly recommend Wisper for your ISP.

Service is slow and intermittent
We are paying for the 10/2 service but are only getting 1.5/.2 on a good day. Need to look for alternative service.

I still have major blips in service with no accountable reason, that disrupts my work schedule and consulting. Though not as frequent they are highly disturbing when they do occur. Reaching a agent to discuss the outage is nearly impossible and time consuming. Overall our service is excellent when it is working.

Hugely better than a satellite service. No data limits. Tech support pretty decent. Download speed struggles to meet plan specs at times. Weather (storms) take the towers out of service more than you would think. Still, a great alternative if you can't get traditional internet service.

Our Wi-Fi service in Highland is less than desirable. We are only able to stream on TV at a time without interruptions.
