You dipsersed funds into the same accounts when should have been split as per contract the you ask me to make final payment myself after admitting it’s your fault wisr

I must say I’m quite disappointed in them ask them on 4 occasions now as they keep deducting money out of my wrong account, I have told them from the start which account to debit from , but they keep making it hard .
I’ve never had it this complicated when it comes to banks / personal loans . 4 penalties now as they don’t listen

Wise doesn’t have the function for the customers to make extra repayments on the app provided instead you have to call them to change the amount of your repayment which can be inconvenient. And if you want to make extra repayment they give you their account details which I’m an unsure of due to fraudulent that you hear on the media.

The appliction process is very strict and time lagged, despite "same day approval " slogan. Ive called multiple times for help on various issues and company policy made it difficult to come to any logical solution.

2 days ago, we had confirmation of upcoming payment to the dealership and no email has arrived confirming remittance. No communication has been passed on at all. The dealership cannot release my vehicle until these comms are given.

This has been a frustrating process and seems catered to brokers only, and not regular customers.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. Just got fiance with you. So hard to deal with. Weird hours, no one ever available.

Wisr made it possible to purchase a new vehicle. I have owned a few cars in my life time but never brand new, first owner and everything else that comes with a new car. Thank Wisr for making it possible.
