Absolute pleasure to shop with this company. Prompt , personalised and seamless. Item purchased is a dragonfly necklace and it’s stunning a bespoke item and such care . Packing was adorable pink tissue wrapped box and complimented by free jellies what a surprise ! Royal Mail tracking for delivery, professional warm friendly wouldn’t hesitate to shop again and wow what a range !

I bought the emerald green flower necklace and matching earrings from Wisteria London as a birthday gift for my sister. The items were despatched really quickly and arrived bang on time. Quality product and value for money. Loved how they were wrapped in pink tissue paper, nice touch. Hand written note and some quickly eaten haribos also welcomed. Will be a return customer.

We are NOT registered under WISTERIA TRADE LIMITED my company is WISTERIA LONDON LTD.
WISTERIA TRADE LIMITED IS A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!! Just because it has the word 'WISTERIA' in it does not mean they are linked. The company registration numbers are completely different for a start!!!
I would ask that you look into this review as you clearly have the WRONG company. Reviews like this can be very detrimental to small business like mine, especially when it is clear that you have got the COMPLETELY WRONG company.
Next time you leave a review I would advise you are 100% certain that you have the right company before making any assumptions.

I have just looked back on your order history. I see that you placed your order on Thursday 17th October at 23:15. Our processing times are 1-3 working days before dispatch, as stated in our T&C's. We do also state in our T&C's and Delivery Information to take into consideration before ordering that weekends are classed as non working days. With this being said I can see from the tracking that your order was dispatched on Monday 21st October and delivered to you by Royal Mail on their Tracked 48 service within the timeframe on Wednesday 23rd October.
