I never received my order. I alerted their customer service team, there was some initial contact but this eventually stopped. I feel I have been scammed as I never received a refund either. I won’t ever buy from them again.

After my previous seller stopped selling my pressed glitter eyeshadow shadow I was distraught.. I spent nearly 6 months trying to find something as good.. cue with love cosmetics! The pressed glitter shadows are to die for and I cant wait to order more! Plus got a free glitter brush as a bonus! Thanks so much

PLEASE don't purchase from this company. I ordered eye shadows from them. I received my order just before Christmas and didn't like the colours. I sent them back at the post office and kept the receipt on the 27th December. After over 12 emails I still haven't received my refund. I get excuses like we a small company, we have had flu etc. They keep telling me to contact tik tok which I duly did on a number of occasions. Tik tok says to contact the seller. After 5 weeks I'm going from pillar to post. I'm a very old lady which I explained to them and this has caused me a lot of stress . I feel so disappointed with there lack of customer service!!!!

Lovely pressed and loose glitters. Have bought many times and never disappoint. I truly do not understand some of the reviews in here. The quality is superb and considering it’s a small owned brand we should give more love to their products.

I’m one of those guys who always struggles to buy the right thing for my girlfriend, but I ordered some of their glitters and blushes for her and she absolutely loved them.

The products arrived really quickly, beautifully packaged, and the service was spot on from start to finish. You can tell they put real care and effort into what they do. My girlfriend couldn’t stop smiling when she opened them and said the colours were amazing and the quality was incredible.

I love everything about this brand. CRUELTY FREE!!! This is a bonus, but everything else that comes along with it is great. The experience of ordering to products to using them makes me always want to order more. Everyone involved is a great team and so helpful and friendly.

I love the withlove cosmetics products that I have. The pigments are blinding yet finely mild and not chunky. They look good with flash but most importantly without flash. I also bought the cream blush duos, the formula is creamy and pigmented but can be worn very naturally but also the shade range is inclusive which I appreciate.

Amazingg products, amazing quality! Get compliments all the time when I wear their products. The glitters are absolutely stunning, and the new blushers, wow! I recommended them to my friends and family and they all love their products too. Didn't disappoint once! I've bought nearly everything they sell!

Scammers - Did not stipulate was USD on NZ ad and then proceeded to take additional money from my bank - will not respond and have had to get police & fraud dept from bank involved as they stripped my account

I have used this company many times, in total I have spent around £200. I have about 20 of their pressed glitters which I think are fab and two of their eye shadow palettes. I recently purchased their pressed pigments and found that although very pretty they do not stay on the eyes despite using primers etc. I wrote a comment on their recent tik tok live stating their glitters to be amazing but that I could not get the pigments to stay on, hoping they would reach out with a solution to this. Instead they banned me from the live and blocked me off their page! I am honestly gobsmacked, I have sent 3 emails requesting to make a complaint and querying why on earth they would do that. I would understand had I been abusive in any way but I simply gave honest feedback about their product. I have had NO response at all. It is clear to see they are just after peoples money and feel my honest comment would impact their business. You really should not be in business if you cannot take feedback and mine was actually complimentary!! A trustworthy and honest business would have addressed my concerns and suggested a solution or refund. I will never buy from this company again!! There are plenty of their competitors online who have a far better approach to customer service. Please don’t give this company your money- they DO NOT care about their customers whatsoever!!!!

The best pressed glitters around! These are incredible, I'm so happy I came across Withlovecosmetics a year ago, I wish I had found them sooner. These glitters are just perfection from the range of colours to their lasting power! 🥰 These last all night long and I always get so many compliments but its all thanks to how incredible these truly are. I can't wait to continue growing my collection!!!
