This app is absolutely worthless.Customer service is awful. All they do is respond to your message and do NOTHING about the issues and there are Nothing but the issues with this app.

Save your money and time.

Would Give zero stars if I could. Not worth your time or money. The videos are poor and mediocre, will not give you ads that are competitive with todays social media platforms. Also way to expensive, when you could pay a professional for way better content. Customer service is useless.

Decided to give Minta a try – seems to be easy to use and very useful app, that helps you save much time. The only minus – high price, especially for the very small businesses that are just starting and are selling only few items. Customer support is great, too. Special thanks to Ash for a quick and clear solution!

All of this is free. I can upload videos to my etsy listings and get 10 times the click rate.

I love Minta I wish we'd get more than just 5 per month for people like me who is starting out and have no money to spend.

Pretty cool software for improving social media!

Love how easy it is to put together videos for my Etsy shop. I only wish I could change some of the text that's set and change the length of video to be more like 10-15 seconds long.

I love being able to use the videos on Etsy and on my other socials and sales platforms by saving them to my computer.

Thanks to you guys, my social media is one less thing I worry about. My postings are on time, the post designs are amazing, and you are constantly making new products to use. Customer service is THE BEST! If I have a concern is always resolved promptly.

I loved the product but the customer service experience is just terrible. I was charged after canceling the service and after a lot of snarky comments and not proper explanation from them as to why this happened, they ended up issuing me with a refund 'not because it was the right thing to do but because they were tired of exchanging emails with me'. I even had Shopify step in and try to help me solve the situation with them but they were always extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm never using this service again and I'm not recommending to anyone.
