ordering and delivery was fine as you'd expect, hassle free; However when i have had an issue with a couple of the items i have had no assistance in correcting the issue even though i have been in store, called head office twice and left a voice message each time and have emailed the head office of Wittner Shoes 3 or 4 times (i have confirmed the email address) and not once has someone replied or contacted me which is very disappointing and frustrating.

As a loyal customer and being a full supporter of the company; always recommending their shoes when my large client base would compliment or ask about my shoes, i will now be avoiding the company after such a lack of customer support or care.

Prompt delivery, and very happy with my purchase. Glad l checked in store first, which did not have size in stock, as l needed to go down one size than usual size.

Don’t bother buying online if you reside in NZ. It’s too much hassle trying to return the shoes and they won’t let you return them at a store in NZ.

Witner shoes have been my favourite for years. The quality, style and comfort excellent.

I have been a long-term customer of Wittner Shoes as they make quality shoes in great styles. I am very happy with my recent purchase of the Luma shoes, very pretty and feminine! Wittner staff were very helpful when I reached out to them with a question about shoe width after which, I decided to buy the shoes in the hope that the standard width shoes would fit. I was assured that I could return the shoes subject to certain conditions but am pleased to say that I will be keeping them! Thank you Wittner for lovely shoes and great customer service!

Chose a pair that was in stock . Paid for it
5 days later they email me and say they could not send to me as they were not up to standard for delivery to customer… must wait 7 days for refund ???
