I ordered a wand from there for my girlfriend, the quality is awesome and the box and details are right on the spot. They always answered their mails and the product works as intended!

100% scam

100% scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, had same experience as every one with a Sarah Avery, ordered in November and still no item, Sarah just continuously keeps saying she will look into it.

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I placed my order in November, it's now February and no order received. I have connected customer service numerous times only got"Sara" to ask for more time. This is nothing but a scam. Terrible experience, Sara claims my order was delivered on New Year's Day, despite that being a federal holiday and no postal service run on that day.

Pathetic scammers

Pathetic scammers. Christmas ruined. Do not waste your hard earned money. You will never see it back. No one will be reply to your emails asking for a refund, your package will never come. It is a scam. Thank you to the Chinese for yet again another scam, great people.

I would give it less but have to do write this review. I ordered 11/17/2023. I have emailed customer service over five times now. No reply since my second email. Do not order from here! They don’t care about their customers. Gladly took my money and ruined our disabled nephew (child) Christmas. Horrible that they don’t value their customers to even respond. Doing a charge back with my bank. They should be ashamed of themselves! UPDATE 1-4-2024- got another email from Sarah Avery Customer Service with “I will look into it and get to you”. Mind you, this was from an old email sent. I charged off the purchase with my bank as I never got item and thought I was done with them. What a scam!

The site is a SCAM

The site is a SCAM. I felt so bad for my child who was so excited to get this for Christmas and I had to tell him it was a fake site with criminals. I did not get my money back either. I will be pressing charges. Online scams are a federal crime and yes YOU CAN press charges on this non-existent websites that take your money.
There is a number 917-623-8894 also a non-existent number given to your banks. Tell your banks.

It's a SCAM! Paid for my order it's been over 40 days I was given fake shipping information, item never arrived and they ignore my emails, had to start a credit card claim.

Do not purchase from them, they have no office or employees in the United States

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

We did all the trouble shooting and when we emailed them did everything they said with video proof as they asked.
I get it sometimes things don't work, I just wanted to send back the broken one and get a new one.
She said she was moving it up. A week later I asked again, she said still waiting. A month later still waiting. I messaged every mo th for nearly a year and they always said still waiting. THERE ARE BETTER SITES FOR THESE WANDS THAN THIS ONE! They say they will help on their site but they won't.

Scam

Scam. Ordered and never received. Emailed and keep getting the same response from Sarah Avery (“I will check on this and get back to you”). That is the response every single time I have emailed. I have asked for a customer service phone number or for them to simply refund my $ and cancel the order and they refuse to acknowledge.I Just receive the same exact response every time. It’s been over 6 months now and I have emailed them about 20 times now.

I havent got my parcel yet from these guys its been 2 months now and they won't reply on emails such losers they are. Their business needs to be shut down if they can't deliver products on time nor refund the amount they have taken. They are big LOSERS and the company is a big SCAM. Scammer

Do not place an order with wizardswands.com you’ll never receive it! I placed an order with them December of 2022 it is June of 2023 I have yet to receive my order nor was I ever refunded.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. I bought 2 wands and spent almost 200 dollars and never received either of them. Try reaching out to customer service and they are no help. Refuse to refund or even try to find out what happened to my order. It's a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Wand failed and site doesn't honor refund or exchange policy

Wand stopped working after using it about a dozen times and wizardswands.com will not offer a person to help with an exchange or refund. Instead they use an apparent automated responses from a Sarah Avery email to stall and avoid honoring their refund policy. I recommend not purchasing from this site.

I wish I could give zero stars.
This is the worst company.
I've been waiting 4.5 months and keep getting messages from a Sarah Avery saying they are looking into it, will not respond to my messages requesting a refund. They have stolen my money and ruined a gift I expected months ago with no end in sight !
