We called Wizz plumbing after the macerater in our downstairs toilet packed in. Peter called me back the same day and was extremely honest and transparent. We have had SO many bad experiences where companies have quoted a price and then at the end added on hundreds of pounds of extras so we let Peter know this on the phone and he assured us it would be a fixed price. We had one of his colleagues come out this morning and, within a few hours, we now have a working toilet again! Yippee! Thank you again Peter, we will definitely be recommending you to our friends and colleagues.

I contacted them to look at my bosch washer dryer, which had stopped heating on the dryer cycle. They were very quick to respond and get an engineer out to me, that's were the positives end. The engineer told initially washer dryers just don't heat up that much! This is a machine I have had for 6 years, I know when it is and isn't working! Then he told me it was heating, it wasn't. Then he told me the heating element was broken and needed replacing. After he left I found a reset switch, after pressing it the heating worked, so it wasn't the heating element at all. They were very happy to quote me to replace the heating element and for more hours of labour, which wouldn't have even fixed the problem. I have since had another engineer out who confirmed I was right and the blower motor needed replacing, not the heating element. On top of this, Peter, the owner was incredibly rude to me over the phone. His website has a number that says call any time, but he complained I had messaged too early. He was very unprofessional and aggressive. He told me the engineer had pressed the rest switch himself, he 100% did not. I told Peter a replacement machine cost £999 and he told me I was lying! Utterly madness! It's an integrated machine, only one made by Bosch and £999 in all the outlets online. I can't believe people can operate a business like this really. We all make mistakes, but admit that. Admit the engineer didn't have the right experience to fix the fault and be kind enough to offer a partial refund on call out charges. The confidence in fixing a fault that didn't exist was bold to say the least!

We had an issue with a blocked gully. Called Wizz plumbing and got a quick reply. Had someone come out the day after and cleared the blockage straight away. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again for the future. Great service.

Incredibly professional. On time, prompt and honest. Couldn't fault him at all. So self sufficient and focused. Am so glad I made the random call and tried my luck with this one!

1.5 hours from enquiry to unblocked drain, this poor guy worked tirelessly to unblock drain that had been getting more blocked over past 20 years and well overdue attention. Much more reasonably priced than anyone who called after, so pleased he called first and couldn't wait to leave a review. I will be keeping hold of this card

Very professional, friendly and quick to respond. I have used them for drainage and plumbing. They always leave the place tidy and do a great job. Would recommend.

Arek from Wizz Plumbing saved us! We came back from holiday to our macerator not working and he came out to look at it at 5pm on a Friday evening. After working on it for almost 2 hours he concluded it needed replacing and returned at 8am on Saturday to install a new one. He did a great job, was polite and efficient, and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Really appreciate him sorting it out so quickly as we would have been completely stuck if not.

This is the 2nd time we've used Wizz. The 1st time was to repair a leaking saniflo. The guy was so friendly and professional. He showed me that it was a very simple job and that in future I could do it. We were so impressed we used them again to fit an integrated dishwasher. It turned out that this was harder than anticipated but the guy just got on with it. Unfortunately it took him far longer than he thought but he just got on with it. Extremely professional and really nice chap. Will be getting my saniflo serviced with Wizz.

Very punctual and efficient. We had to recall them as leaking didn't stop. Guy came immediately and reassured us.

Called Wizz because my macerator was humming constantly. Sounded like a pump problem. The plumber came and took it apart and said my macerator was fine and the problem was down to installation and the pipes being to narrow and I needed to get someone out to clean them.. He then put the toilet back together flushes it then says the macerator is broken and needed replacing at a cost of £650 and Peter would ring me. How can you rely on the advice of someone who changes their mind in secs to a cost of £144. I asked Peter if he could return some of the cost which he replied no. Avoid this company.
I intend to take it further.
Update, I have taken this matter up with The Citizens Advice Bureau who assured me I have a case. After hearing from Peter, (who's actually name is something completely different). He emailed and was completely unhelpful, he always puts the phone down on a person if you ring him. We have moved no further forward, so the matter will have to be escalated. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Really can’t recommend Wizz Plumbing enough. I’ve used them twice now for separate macerator system repairs and they make time to come out ~immediately (always appreciated with plumbing issues), fix the problem quickly, and all prices are fair. Definitely recommend

After 1 phone call that provided a quote, Peter turned up within an hour to change the kitchen tap. He was friendly, did the work well and was very tidy.
I have booked Wizz Plumbing to do the boiler service and other plumbing work.

Piotr and his colleague came to my property with the view to complete a power flush. It wasn't the most straight forward job as the system had more then one issue. They both worked through the day until mid the evening to ensure might heating was up and running. The peace of mind and reassurance from them made it worth the payment. Thank you both.

Got wizz in because my shower drain was backing up. They promised no fix no fee on the first visit, which would have been nice but they always brought it up to claim moral high ground in all subsequent dealings. After the second visit i didn't hear from them for more than a week, and it turned out Peter was sulking over the non-payment of an invoice he hadn't even sent me! Once he sent it I paid same day. During the second visit they had discovered that one of my manhole entries was covered with pavings. We had these removed and booked a third visit. The engineer turned up and after 5 minutes told me he didn't have the right tools and the office would be in touch about booking another visit. I called Peter the next day and the engineer had apparently falsely told him that he still couldn't access the manhole. I assume he did this because he'd turned up without the right kit and didn't want a telling off from his boss. Peter said he'd get to the bottom of it and call be back. Haven't heard from him since. Wizz strung me along for months. should have gone with another plumber sooner, but wanted to retain someone who was at least familiar with the problem.

I had a great experience with Wizz Plumbing and would highly recommend. Peter was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had a problem with the washing machine waste pipe, Peter cleared the blockage and got everything working again quickly. Thank you!

I had 3 drains blocked, contacted Wizz through Google, spoke to Peter, he was very polite, asked my email address and sent an invoice for the charges, I accepted and Peter arranged for an engineer to be sent to complete the job upon completion I was asked to make the payment. Very professional and well recommended.

This lot employ incompetant plumbers near London. I wanted an above-sink water filter fitted, The plumber who came, had no idea how to handle push-fit plastic fittings, and damaged the outside surfaces of plastic tubing by scraping with a knife, Consequently the push-fits leaked. He disappeared, with vague promises about returning, I paid £100 but had to learn how to do the plumbing myself, and got it all working myself, Request to return my money not replied to
