1. Meta Business Portfolio Cleanup:
- Most projects take 1.5 hours. We work together via Zoom Screenshare to review your existing setup on Meta. Create or clean up a Meta Business Portfolio that contains all necessary assets, such as a Facebook page, ad account, Instagram account, WhatsApp account, and Dataset.
- Create necessary asset connections, such as connecting a Facebook page to an Instagram account for cross-posting and/or connecting a business ad account to a Facebook page and Instagram account for boosting posts or running ads. Depending on your business needs, many asset connections could be made. Implement Meta Pixel on the website. Connect your Shopify store to Facebook and Instagram Shop.
2. Meta Verified, Business Portfolio Verification:
- Apply for Meta Domain and Business Portfolio verifications (free backend green tick) to receive advertising benefits like an increased billing threshold, a higher ad account creation limit, improved brand authority, and more. Eligibility is limited, especially for advertisers outside the US, UK, and EU. There are methods to become eligible, but they are not 100% consistent.
- (Optional) Apply for Meta Verified for Business Facebook page and Instagram account to receive the front-end blue tick mark, access to Meta support, and other features listed in the Meta verified program.
3. Security for Facebook accounts, Instagram accounts, and Business Accounts:
- Implement advanced security features to protect personal and business accounts from hacking. These features include 2FA via app (recommended), SMS, or physical device. Implement backup login methods on personal and business accounts to prevent account lockouts. Backup methods include recovery codes for 2FA accounts and adding backup Full control users to the Business Portfolio.
4. Advertising Audit and Consulting:
- I only work with a handful of clients who are an extremely good fit. Most projects take one to three hours. We will look at the Facebook ad account and review the campaign, ad set, and ad level settings in Ads Manager. We will spend most of our time reviewing audience targeting, creative, and business goals/strategy. We will also review your setup to ensure it enables you to succeed and does not hurt you.
5. Agency Onboarding Flow Audit and Optimization:
I will audit your onboarding flow on Meta. First, we will look at Meta Business Portfolio to ensure it is set up correctly and securely to be a good home for onboarding your clients. From there, we will discuss the needs and requirements of your onboarding flow. Once the details are understood, I will recommend and implement a solution. I have many agency-ready PDF documents that can be tailored to your specific needs.
6. Account Recovery:
I can recover:
- Advertising-restricted Facebook accounts, Meta Business Portfolios (MBP), or Ad Accounts
- Hacked MBP, but only if an Instagram account is in that hacked MBP.
- Lost MBP that has a Facebook page and Instagram account within it.
- 2FA locked-out Facebook account, but only if you are signed into the account on one of your devices.
- Hacked Facebook account, but only if you are still signed into the account on one of your devices.
I can't recover:
- Permanently disabled or deleted Facebook accounts, Instagram accounts, and Facebook pages
