This company provided shoddy goods which took a long time to arrive. I didn't know where the bra had come from and there was no return address. Despite the returns policy they didn't send me a return label and told me that if I did contact them to get a label I would have to send it back at my own expense, pay any export charges and I would only get £3 refund plus a voucher to buy something else from them.

Wished I had seen review before ordering. Just tried on. Within 30 mins my breast's had escaped and bra was sitting above my chest.
Don't buy much on line, but every time I do I am always disappointed.
Can't beat buying local, not on line.

Wir haben einen BH bestellt und erhalten. Die maximal erhältliche Größe war viel zu klein. Die Qualität war grottenschlecht. Eine versprochene Rücksendung wurde nicht gewährt bzw ist nur nach China möglich. Es wurden nur ein lächerlicher Gutschein angeboten. Das ist in meinen Augen Betrug. Ich habe Paypal eingeschaltet und überlege, eine Anzeige wegen Betrug zu stellen.

Have to put a star in to make review.
Wrong goods sent Large instead of small, totally uselesss, also not fit for purpose as very poor fabric used.
Wanted a full refund but was refused and told to keep the goods as if they were a gift. Offered voucher and five pounds.
Repeated I would prefer to return goods and be fully reimbursed as I did not want to make any further purchases from them.
Although goods were delivered by Evri which would have cost three pounds fifty, they wanted to charge iro nineteen pounds to return goods to China!

Total waste of money. Wish I'd looked for reviews first. Flimsy unsupportive material and don't fit-I did use their sizing instructions.
My advice - don't be conned ,don't buy!!

Es ist einfach nur eine Täuschung und total frech, so ein Teil anzubieten. Noch nicht mal als Putzlappen brauchbar. Weder Größe noch Material stimmen.
Rücksendung nur gegen teures Porto möglich. Betrüger sind das!

These bras are terribly made with inferior fabrics. Please don't waste your money. I have lost over £50. A refund, although assured, is impossible to receive.

I bought 3 bras, perfect for 2 weeks each, but after a wash, they do not support a 67 years old operated breast .
I had breast cancer about 5 years ago and could not support normal bras anymore, I thought I found the bras for me when I read the ads: in fact after one wash, my operated breast kept escaping under the lower part of the soft material.wWaste of money. I tried to tightening them by sewing the sides, no change. The material is very good for a young light breast, not for a heavy older one.

Wished I'd of read these reviews. I would of saved myself £54 I bought 3 bras. Excited to hopefully find a nice supportive bra. It was flimsy material no way does it hold you up, let alone keep you in . Returns policy £4 refund and 30 voucher. Why would you want a voucher to buy another one of their products. I gave up trying to get a refund. So rubbish product rubbish returns policy STEER CLEAR.

Absolut schlechte Qualität, Gutschein angeboten für den nächsten Kauf, Frechheit obwohl vorher auf Nachfrage per Mail eine Rückgabe und Erstattung zugesagt wurde.

Dieses Produkt ist einfach eine Frechheit. Ich habe zwar mit Skepsis bestellt, da nur die Angabe des Körpergewichtes gefragt war und nicht die Cup-Größe wie bei uns in Deutschland üblich. Was dann nach ca. 4 Wochen ankam war unglaublich, ein dünnes Stöffchen mit kleinsten Cup Schalen, die selbst für einen 12 jährigen Teenager kaum reichen können. Ich habe die Ware nicht zurückgeschickt, da ich nicht nochmal 10 Euro für Porto ausgeben wollte. Also ab in die Tonne, das war mal wieder eine Lehre mit Lieferungen aus China. Leider können die Hersteller in Deutschland auch keine bequemen BH´s in Großen Cup-Größen herstellen, die auch noch schick aussehen.

Meine Frau hat sich wieder 4 BH's WMBRA gekauft, weil sie mit den vor 1,5 Jahren gekauften BH sehr zufrieden war.
Der Schnitt dieser BH unterstützt die Körperhaltung, man hat auch weniger Schmerzen im Rückenbereich. Sie sagt, dass auch die Nackenverspannungen geringer geworden sind.
Der Sitz dieser BH formt wegen PUSH UP eine sehr gute Brustform, m.a.W. Die Brüste werden angehoben, es fehlt das Durchhängen, man hat also eine zum Hinschauen gewordene Brust.
Es gibt auch keine Falten und unangenehme Abdrücke, weil der BH keine Falten hat. Im Sommer ist die Belüftung besser als mit einigen anderen BH.
Dieser BH bringt einen richtigen angenehmen Stil beim Tragen.

Da mir die Sendung nicht zugestellt wurde, kann ich die Ware sls solche nicht beurteilen. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Kulanzverhalten des Händlers, der sich nach einigem Schriftwechsel bereit erklärt hat, mir zumindest den Warenwert (26,95€) zu erstatten.

Der Händler knüpft jetzt die Erstattung an eine 5 Sterne Bewertung, sh folgende Nachrichten:

Ich empfinde das als Nötigung und habe daher meine Bewertung auf 1 Stern reduziert.

Alles nur Lug und Betrug. Schnell kassiert und nicht geliefert mit einer Begründung Adresse nicht gefunden.

I have been very impressed by the way this company has dealt with my problem. They have been very efficient and quick in solving my query. Also replacing my item without any difficulties. I will certainly use them again. Thank you

I wrote a negative report earlier in Sept saying how bad they were and had decided to just put it down to experience but then changed my mind and started to take them to task ...after several emails to them and emails back to me asking for a 5 star review so they could consider a replacement I got really angry and told them I refused to bend to their blackmailing ways and that I would put bad reviews on every platform possible and try to get them stopped from trading in the UK ... I finally got another email from them saying they were prepared to replace the bras without me giving a 5 star review plus I had no need to return the mini sized bras they had earlier sent to me ...Aren't I the lucky one ??? Anyway they did send me 2 replacement bras which must have been made to fit a Barbie Doll !!! I give up .... Just keep warning people not to buy from them they are crooks

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought. They make it very difficult to return any items & you have to pay postage to China. Even when they receive the goods can I guarantee that they will refund some of my payment
They offered me £30 off next order. What’s the point if next goods don’t fit either

I ordered bras according to the size chart. They were much too big did not give the support promised. When I asked for the address to claim a refund the company kept fobbing me off. Then they tried to bribe me. If I wrote a nice 5 star review they would send me new bras as long as I paid the postage. They said it was not good idea to return the wrong bras as they may get lost in the post and it would be a hassle for me! After several emails asking for the return address, they sent it. I then saw the reviews which said many people had been waiting for months for their refund. I felt that it was unlikely that I would get my money back so I have given up. Trustpilot should not be backing this company.
